When I was growing up I loved this series, great SFX (for the time), cool looking ships, a great story, season long arcs, it had it all. If you like starship porn this is the series for you

tbh, I would rather they remade Firefly and complete it this time.
B5 is not a bad series though. I liked Stargate better, tbh!

Need an HD treatment, not reboot. Live action scenes were shot on 35mm film, widescreen in mind, but CGI would need a lot of work, as their quality in current state is much lower. Few Star Trek series went through a nice restoration recently, so there's hope B5 might as well.

The only let down I find in Seasons 2-4 was how the Shadow War ended, other than that maybe the best sci-fi ever.
Think it can be done, but almost all of the CGI would have to be redone, as they are of SVHS quality, interlaced and 4:3.

That HD edition idea could be the best thing happening for the whole Sci-fi genre in last few years.
Intelligent dialogues, multidimensional characters, solid exposition of political structures, diplomacy, conspiracies combined with some not only well made battles but overall every scene in space there was would pretty much make it simply a flawless production.
Better make it quick before some crazy and talented fan group will make it for them first.

I have every episode of this but have never watched it. maybe time to start.
you should, but you also need to watch in the correct order, the films are an integral part of the arc.

Nice one for that. A full run of Star Trek after this.
Up to season 4 now, still annoys me how they ended the Shadow War, but the final battle is still excellent viewing.

Only one left to watch now is the very final EP , which I think is the finest ending to any series.
