Nosferatu
A Tale of Two Sisters
Dracula
Nightmare on Elm Street
Dawn of the Dead
The Fly
Rosemary's Baby
Psycho
Bride of Frankenstein
Silence of the Lambs

There's a good mix in there really, still need to watch a couple of them actually. Watch A Tale of Two Sisters, only really good horror movie I've seen in the last 10 years or so. The Orphanage was good too actually. Martyrs and Inside are meant to be decent.

Going by what I read of the plot, it has to be the most disgusting, vile movie ever. Why do they allow movies like that to be made?
Careful now. That's how Nazi Germany got started.

No interest in watching Serbian Movie at all. I dont get shocked by any movie. But that really sounds nasty.

I watched Cannibal Holocaust, but simply thought it was shite.

No idea. I have never watched it nor could I. Just happened to come across it on a site of the most gruesome horror films. Certainly isn't for the faint hearted, I definately wouldn't have the stomach for it.

I never thought of Jaws to be a horror to be honest , more of a thriller.
Where has I think Alien is a Horror film with a Sci Fi setting.
You have a silent, hidden killer, eating innocent people at random. That movie terrorised an entire generation. I still refuse to go in the ocean.

The remakes of Last House on the Left and I Spit on your grave were pretty nasty. I have never seen the originals

I think a thread of the worst horror movies would be fun.

Does anyone remember the House and the Ghoulies movies? They were so bad, they were good

I think its more a monster movie like Jurrasic Park
The shark is basically Michael Myers.

"I met him, fifteen years ago. I was told there was nothing left. No reason, no conscience, no understanding; even the most rudimentary sense of life or death, good or evil, right or wrong. I met this six-year-old child (SHARK), with this blank, pale, emotionless face and, the blackest eyes... the *devil's* eyes."

I definitely couldn't stomach it either, horrible movie.
The worrying thing is someone actually thought up something so sick. There is another sick one called something like 100 Days of Sodomy, again I haven't watched and another which was a film about a father who becomes sexually obsessed by his son, so his wife mutilates herself to fulfill his sexual fantasies. Yuck!

Chelsea (the saviours of football) fan.
I don't think i've ever been as scared as I was when I first watched An American
Werewolf in London.

I still think about it when i'm on my own in the underground and have never walked on a moor.

How can these be classed as horror movies?

I like good old fashioned horror movies where somebody is getting chased down a dark alley with nowhere to go. Or somebody is trapped in a house with no escape.

I can take a bit of blood or tiny bit of gore as long as it isn't graphic, but sometimes it does go OTT.

There is a French language film called Martyrs. THE best horror of all time.
