We can dream.
With his knees? 4000-1Wonder what the odds are for Ole to sub himself on and score the winning goal (again).
With his knees? 4000-1
Reckon he'd still be of more use than Lukaku.
4000-1? Worth a tenner of anyone's money.
FFS, can Lukaku ever please anyone?
Needs more baldness
Let us believe. He has the coaching ability IMOUltra popular, knows the club inside out, seems to have a good head on his shoulders.
Too early to say but can he our own zidane? Only chance for it to come true is he wins the cl and leads us to 1st or 2nd place. What chances does he have?
Optimists unite!!!
So refreshing to have someone who always puts the club first in charge again unlike 'The Toxic one', who always put no. 1 first and was only here so he could pick up one final heavy severance pay off before perhaps moving to International management.
If Ole gets us into the top 4 which I'm almost certain he won't then I'd be open to giving him another chance. But if we can get Pochettino then he already has a track record showing that if you give him kids like Kane, Alli, Winks then he will mold them into stars. He also has proven he can regularly beat teams with much higher spending power. Ole doesn't really have a track record that shows he can turn kids into stars and he has yet to prove he can regularly beat teams above us in the league and in Europe.
Well if we're only hiring managers who have won trophies then why not Benitez, Mancini, Ranieri, Trapattoni, Martin O'Neill, Brendan Rodgers, Neil Lennon, Claude Puel?Hopefully, he can show any progress in 6 months, if we can see the style of play he got us playing so better and giving youth a chance, getting best out from our squad, even if he didn't deliver 4 top and some trophies, I could place him in bracket same as Klopp and Poch but below tier Pep. I'd like to have him as permanent manager as long as we can progress because I don't think Poch would do better, the manager who hardly won trophies, why would we take him on if Ole prove us that he can get us play better football and winning at the same time and getting the best out of our squad?
it sure is but it is understandable. After the dross from Mourinho, people were so starved of success and excitement; think about how the ball was fizzed about with purpose at cardiff and te forward movements resulting in one of the goals of the weekend scored by Martial. No-one had see that kind of footy since Sir Alex left!!!!! So yes, there is a need to be calm but at the same time let the people enjoy this breath of fresh air. I can imagine what these boards will like when the final sore reads Man Utd 10- 0 Huddersfield!Maybe? It's been one game.
What a weird thread.
Not a chance. Zidane was a long term appointment, who was in the back room staff under Mourinho, then 2nd team manager then given a 2.5 year contract.

I'm absolutely delighted that we've got Ole in, but I've not been suckered in by this obvious media campaign by the club about how the board have got everything under control.
We would laugh if Liverpool made a thread like this on RAWK.
Yea that would be mental because RAWK doesn't support United and would be beyond ridiculous for them to start supporting us now.
Like we were discussing the other day, we'd have documentaries and movies made, books written about how a manager who failed at Cardiff, came back to his home and covered a 19 point gap at the top, winning all 34 games he was in charge of.If this all happens in real life, somebody tag OGS and get me a seat at the victory parade

We, believers, would be interviewed 30 years later when they make a bid budget documentary on this title win of ours, and we'd be talking with tears in our eyes, about how we scored 5 past every team, and 6 past City and 8 past Pool. We'd be talking about how we demolished a PSG side with Mbappe, Cavani and Neymar and how Buffon just stood between the goalposts and applauded us. We'd be talking about how we beat RM and then Barca en route to final before we demolished Juve, leaving CR7 in tears, at Wanda Metropolitan.
Happy Ole Day Fishy!

How dare you ignore Lingard's goal at the end? Out first match with 5 goals in the Premier League ever since Sir Alex retired. Just how dare you?Zinedine Zidane : Won 3 Champions League in a row + 1 La Liga
Ole Gunnar Solksjaer : Won 4-1 against Cardiff City
