So the rule is it has to be clear and obvious to overturn. So if you take fecking ages to look at it on VAR then you can just leave it as it is regardless of if it’s right.

As Peter Walton explained, as the ball was deflected and not passed by a Liverpool player, the goal is offside.

What I’m extremely suspicious of, is that no other team would get such a blatantly wrong decision in their favor against Real Madrid of all teams. That just doesn’t add up for me and points to something other than VAR being poor.
