Bayern played the entire second half in first gear. Even if Lyon has scored they could’ve just stepped it up.You didn't actually watch the game then?
Yep Trick of the lens, in reality Süle is 5"2Sule seems to be in front of Lewa and Thiago.
It wasn't sloppy, just a professional performance. Played at 90% the whole match. No need for more.Pheww, we did it. Pretty sloppy performance today. Thank god there's always one to shine when needed atm.
Things you have to do when your wife is a Karate Olympic gold medal winnerHe might be tiny next to Süle, but Süle is tiny next to Lewa in the brick-shit house department
Please buy him.Head is in Manchester obviously.
Except, there's no ballon d'or this season. If Bayern win the CL he’ll surely have to be the favourite.
Every team doesn’t have mbappeNot sure what they're on about, high line game after game. This is how Bayern plays almost every team in the Bundesliga.
If you don't win it I will vote for all of you Bayern fans on Caf to be banned. As punishment.Füüüünaaaaaaleeeee
The heck are you on? He was a lot better than Perisic todayPlease buy him.
Tend to disagree, one could clearly see that Lyons power-hungry style cost them, lack of precision in attack as result. On the other hand, bayern looked like playing not all-out and able to crank up a bit if necessary.Very flattering scoreline. Lyon fecked up massively at 0-0 and shouldve made ot a match at 2-0.
I like the guy, but his injury record screams UnitedPlease buy him.
West Ham?I like the guy, but his injury record screams United
Apparently some only discovered that last week, which still baffles me.Not sure what they're on about, high line game after game. This is how Bayern plays almost every team in the Bundesliga.
They're running their Club in professional way.Just shows they have a good scouting network, for abroad and in Germany, but they are great at getting players to run down their contracts.
We almost broke the record for the most goals in one season with 100 goals in 34 games. The record is 101, achieved by us somewhere in the 70s.Bayern are so bloody good in attack. It feels strange that they do not score more in the Bundesliga given that the defending is not the best and other teams score a lot too.
I agree there were moments in the first half where they should have calmed themselves down instead of trying to play faster than they can handle themselves. There was a poing where I told myself that the leadership of players like Junihno or Edmilson would have been useful tonight. Interestingly panic has been the common theme for Barcelona and Lyon against Bayern.Tend to disagree, one could clearly see that Lyons power-hungry style cost them, lack of precision in attack as result. On the other hand, bayern looked like playing not all-out and able to crank up a bit if necessary.
That's more complicated than that. Most german players [EDIT : or players in germany] dream of playing for Bayern since it's THE german club with a direct access to the mannschaft. Plus, Bayern has so much influence in germany that basically, players make deals with their club to have a cheap exit when Bayern wants to purchase them. That's part of the reason why other clubs have a hard time competing long term with Bayern, all their best german players go there. Now that's not an reprehensible strategy but it surely weakens the competition. Ask Dortmund how they felt when Lewa and Hummels left for Bayern for exemple (for 0 and 35M).They're running their Club in professional way.
How many German players they have on First XI?That's more complicated than that. Most german players dream of playing for Bayern since it's THE german club with a direct access to the mannschaft. Fair enough, but, and I realize this is an empty cliche, if Lyon go 1-0 up it's a different game. Bayern were always going to win here, but it couldve been a more competitive game.Tend to disagree, one could clearly see that Lyons power-hungry style cost them, lack of precision in attack as result. On the other hand, bayern looked like playing not all-out and able to crank up a bit if necessary.
Tonight they had 6. Neuer, Boateng, Kimmich, Goretzka, Muller and Gnabry. How many German players they have on First XI?
Plenty - Davies, Alaba, Thiago, Perisic, Lewa, Odriozola, Pavard, Tolisso, Martinez, Coman, Hernandez, Cuisance, Coutinho to name but a fewHow many German players they have on First XI?
Ah well, at least we'll get a competitive final.Fair enough, but, and I realize this is an empty cliche, if Lyon go 1-0 up it's a different game. Bayern were always going to win here, but it couldve been a more competitive game.
As usual, big game player.Important save by Neuer
I meant both german players or players in Germany, sorry my message wasn't clear. How many German players they have on First XI?
Thanks. I can understand if Germans prefer to play for Bayern, but I don't know about other nationalities.Tonight they had 6. Neuer, Boateng, Kimmich, Goretzka, Muller and Gnabry.

it's nice to have Gk with big game mentality. Not just "he didn't make any mistake" kinda mentality. As usual, big game player.
2 of those were free as well. Lewa and Goretzka.Thanks. I can understand if Germans prefer to play for Bayern, but I don't know about other nationalities.
To be fair, Arsenal also didn't think he was good enough and sold him for peanuts.Tweet

Looks like Pulis' inherent hatred of Arsenal influenced that assessment
It may have been a touch of homesickness, just guessing. Some kids struggle to settleTo be fair, Arsenal also didn't think he was good enough and sold him for peanuts.
