Chris Brown

Just remember, this is the guy that Viva left the forum over because he didn't like the abuse he was getting.

Don't know if anybody posted this in here but some of the stuff said by some women on twitter were saying during the Grammy's was insane.

25 Extremely Upsetting Reactions To Chris Brown At The Grammys

To be fair, 90% of twitter is made up of giant spastics, so that's not very suprising. Depressing... but not suprising.

The sad (or funny?) thing is that, based on the law of averages, there is a decent chance that at least one of those girls will probably be on the recieving end of domestic abuse at some point in their life... and when/if that happens, you wonder what they'll be tweeting...

 Dear Jesus, if that's true then, well, feck.

Yer man Viva plays up to all that though, he craves the attention that Boss got.

Don't follow this sort of stuff usually but apparently he and Rihanna are back together? Working on a new video as well? Textbook abusive relationship.

Genuinely love the lad.

Massive fan.

Can't post youtube videos because I'm at work but Turn Up The Music is superb.

Incredible voice and incredible dancer. Watched this dance off he did with Adam Sevani and it was just class. Check it out.

Not going to comment anymore in this thread or anywhere else on the forum for that matter.

Will just read from now on.

it is serious.

A text book abusive relationship is one where abuse occurs over a prolonged period of time, I don't think there is any evidence to say that he had layed a finger on her before that incident.

I'm not defending him i'm just giving the facts as we know them to be.

I was referring more to the fact that the one abused usually goes back to the abuser.

Conventional laws don't apply to Chris Brown. He'll probably be thanked for stealing the iPhone in some sort of strange advert by apple.

Chris Brown is an absolute fecking twat - no excuses whatsoever for what he did to Rihanna, should have gone to jail, absolute prick of a 'man'.

For that type of battery, it's not implausable to avoid jail if you plead guilty, you're a first time offender, and you do some community service crap. Plus, I don't think Rihanna pressed charges, the county did and she just testified. If she did, he would have done some jail time. Still, I don't think he got off easy.

Whoosh.

I stand whooshed

community labor, five years' formal probation and domestic violence counseling for:

"Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F. as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robyn F. picked up Brown's cellular phone and observed a three-page text message from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.

"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against he passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion.

"Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle.

"Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, 'I'm going to beat the sh-- out of you when we get home! You wait and see!' "

The detective said "Robyn F." then used her cell phone to call her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales, who did not answer.

"Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.'

"After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!'

"Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown.

"Brown continued to punch Robyn F. on her left arm and hand, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps (sic) that was approximately two inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand.

"Robyn F. then attempted to send a text message to her other personal assistant, Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window onto an unknown street.

"Brown continued driving and Robyn F. observed his cellular telephone sitting in his lap. She picked up the cellular telephone with her left hand and before she could make a call he placed her in a head lock with his right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.

"Brown pulled Robyn F. close to him and bit her on her left ear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of 333 North June Street and Robyn F. turned off the car, removed the key from the ignition and sat on it.

"Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. He then placed her in a head lock positioning the front of her throat between his bicep and forearm. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.'s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness.

"She reached up with her left hand and began attempting to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her. While Brown continued to punch her, she turned around and placed her back against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest, placed her feet against Brown's body and began pushing him away. Brown continued to punch her on the legs and feet, causing several contusions.

"Robyn F. began screaming for help and Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighborhood heard Robyn F.'s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F. was issued a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order."

yeah, you're right, thats fair.

:wenger: You're obviously a big fan of his.

Grammy, hit album, a shitload of money........why can't I get this sort of punishment?

:wenger: You're obviously a big fan of his.

It's a misdeameanor, not a felony. A misdeameanor is punishable by up to a year in jail, which at the discretion of the judge can be substituted for probation.

If he got off lightly, challenge the law. I'm not a fan of his, I've stated so in this thread

You're joking right? He's not going to jail for taking someone's Iphone.

Joking? A guy is doing life because a guy borrowed his car and drove to his girlfriend and murdered her. He was charge for accessory. Life.

You don't think a felon can go to jail for stealing? What I'm I'd hold up a store and steal from it. Odds are I'd get less than 500 dollars. Loads of crooks who go to jail for that.

Odd that you used the phrase 'take' and not steal.

I don't know the specifics of that case, but sounds weird that they'd put him in for life without him knowing anything.

He's not a felon, cause no felony was committed. Now he may get a harsher sentence compared to others for stealing a phone, given his prior record, but I really, really doubt he will go to jail for it.

Kanye West broke a professional photographer's camera for taking a shot of him. Equipment was way more expensive, and I don't think he got a slap on the wrist. Being a cnut isn't enough for the authorities to jail someone

True. The fact that Rihanna was hitting him around the head several times when he was driving probably helped as well. I'm not defending him at all, but it wasn't an unprovoked attack.

The that to Britain for not letting him into the country for being a felon.

It was possibly settled. That's different. Brown took a phone and drove off. That's theft. 2nd time he commits a crime and drives off. Both times police is contacted to deal with him. Kanye most likely owned up straight away. He's not the first to punch a paparazzi.

Yeah.

She asks him who the hell is this girl you cheated on me with.
Get's hit repeatedly for asking and defends herself from being pushed out of a moving card. Then hit more to be prevented from calling the police.

Totally unprovoked. Idiot.
