Honestly not in a right state of mind to make a decision on that.
There's no particularly satisfactory way of resolving a draw. We've had 42 voters so the chances of finding a credible neutral to take the casting vote are slim. Perhaps reopening the poll for another couple of hours might decide it, albeit the votes have dried up. Other solutions tend to be quite random.
As far as I know polls have to be open for a minimum of 1 day.

I'm no forum technical wizz here but I can open up the poll for longer I think. From the looks of it I can only remove the time limit rather than edit it though so someone would have to watch it end at whatever specific time.
