Some players just rub certain managers the wrong way. I think Dele is that for Jose. He will probably have to leave to save his career or gamble on Jose being sacked soon.

Can Spurs even afford to sack Jose? He has to be there until the end of the season now.
That's inevitable. He's finished as a top manager and his 3rd season meltdown is just around the corner.
A top 4 finish and a shock win over man city in the cup final would save him though.....
Funnily enough, a top 4 finish isn't entirely out of the question, since Chelsea has the slightly tougher run in as well as having a good chance of getting deeper in the CL.
What may save him is Daniel Levy not wishing to pay out his massive contract.
Spurs needed to sell Dele as soon as Jose took over because his resale value is dropping rapidly.

Another example of mentality being equally as important as talent. This kid had all the talent in the world. He’s still young, so times on his side, but I don’t think he’ll ever be the player he should have been.
I don't think the's that much of a partier.
He had a bit of a rough childhood and a disruptive parental situation growing up, so I don't know if it's insecurity driven - like the "whatever man, I don't care" is his defence mechanism.
He's been pretty much a standout player since before he was a 'man', so there's also that aspect that a lot of teen starlets also have. Probably why Kane's the opposite - he really had to bust a nut to make it.
