I find that hard to believe.
I admit I did not think something so absurd as Costa being unable to hit double figures but I didn't think he would hit 20 league goals this season, thought he'd get around 15.

It's an all right deal considering the circumstances but when you base transfer fee on the quality of the player alone it's very poor. At his peak he's a top 3 player in the league in the most expensive position and physical decline is more about mileage than age, Diego Costa has only played like 20 more first team matches than Lukaku.
