It is full now, but basically there are 43 countries competing in Eurovision and each year we have a sweepstake where 43 of us pick a number then @Samid uses a randomiser to give each of the people in the sweepstake a country. Winner gets e-kudos as well as maybe a tagline if their current tagline isn't funny.

Thanks, I never heard of this mode of lottery, seems to be not very common in continental Europe.
