The greatest team in history
Here's my team:

Karius
Van Dijk - Baines - Coleman - Walker
Sterling (C) - Salah - Zaha - Özil
Jesus (VC) - Lacazette

Subs: Hart, Tosun, Milivojevic, Long

Defence
- Two Liverpool defenders: Clean sheet in 6/10 lately. Last time they drew WBA 0-0 at Anfield, and except for the Moreno-Klavan combination, I'm not fearing WBA's attack
- Baines-Coleman: Everton's been sublime at home. Newcastle's been 'normal' away. Chance for both to get a clean sheet and if not, then assists. Both teams are safe, so could also be goaly.
- Walker: Safe stable City option, in the midst of Pep's FPL feckover. Stable points are good for me in this phase.

Midfield
Picked the 4 most in form players, except for Mané (I think WBA will stand compact).
- Özil has (with Europa League included) a goal or an assist a game (last 6).
- Sterling (enormous chances, scores regularly and is sometimes deployed as a striker)
- Zaha (Deployed as striker at the moment - a bit lucky with being at the right spot lately, so we'll see)
- Salah (He is Salah)

Attack
- Jesus - May he walk on water tomorrow. Could be a goal-fest as City try to celebrate their trophy. My guess is 3-0.
- Lacazette - Not really trusting him, but not great options in attack. At least he might have some good delivery from a squad that tries to build momentum. Considering taking the chance on Auba, as he's in shape and West Ham's right side is crap (Rice and Zabaleta)
Good side and well justified. Your stable points makes sense to me especially on this gameweek which is tipping me back to Walker from Sane. I think Bernardo Silva must be due a game or two and likely at the expense of Sane, Silva or Sterling.

Double Everton defence scares me a bit.

It does scare me a lot too - just saw some highlights of previous Everton matches, and there's always a huge risk surrounding them  I might go for just one Everton defender.

Considering taking a chance on Ramsey instead. Deeney is a bit tempting too, albeit not scoring atm. Murray had chances for a hattrick lately against Crystal Palace.

Edit: Gone with Ramsey, Coleman on bench. Arsenal are scoring quite a lot of goals at home.

Last 5: 3-2, 3-0, 3-0, 0-3 (City), 5-1

I’m on a free hit and made changes tonight and clicked confirm, and realised I lost 0.4 that I gained all week meaning I can’t change the team back even if I want to. Talk about a school boy error. Not sure what I was even thinking.

Anyway following the leaks, out went Firmino and Robertson and in comes VVD and Mané.
VVD is sure to start as they are light at CB so I am comfortable with that change.
Mané and Firmino are fairly equal but rumours are Firmino will be rested for Ings. Fairly happy with Mané.
Mustafi also dumped out as I don’t trust the Arsenal defence so I went for Tomkins as a cheap option but this may be changed in the morning to Long or Lascelles who are sitting on the bench as cover.
I also switched from 3-4-3 to a 3-5-2 with Perez being the cheap bench option.

———————-Ederson
—— VVD —— Baines —-- Tomkins
Salah - Sterling - Zaha - Arnatuvoic - Mané
———Aubameyang — Jesus

Bench: Hennessey - Perez - Long - Lascelles

Free hit team:

Pickford
Walker / Klavan / Baines
Salah / Mane / Sterling / Arnautovic / Zaha
Jesus / Lacazette

Bench: Hennessey / Barnes / Tomkins / Long

Really tempted to lock myself out of the fpl site so I can't do anymore fecking tinkering.

It's a bit funny to see, how much everyone's sides look like each other. Jesus, Lacazette, Salah, Sterling, Zaha - then Mané or Ozil.. A lot of people will probably get close to the same score..

Edit: Not a lot of De Bruyne actually

Je m'en fous!
My FH team looks currently like this:

Pickford
Laporte - Robertson - Baines (Long/Monreal)
Salah - Mane - Gundogan - Zaha (Arnautovic)
Jesus - Auba - Tosun
Moved things around and this is how I am lining up now:

Pickford (Elliott)
Baines - Gomez - Monreal (Long/Tomkins)
Salah (c) - Mane - Sterling - Gundogan (Zaha)
Jesus - Lacazette - Tosun

What do people think? Banking on 2 Pool and City mids is a huge risk but I don't see anyone else who could help spread the risk

Activated my FH really late & lost a lot of value today

Only left 2.7 for a GK- Who to downgrade & keeper suggestions?
Walker - Gomez- Baines -
Mane (C) - Salah - Zaha - Özil - Silva
Jesus (VC) - Lacazette

Subs: Elliot, Mariappa, Long, Campbell

Gone for a Strong Mid & Attack with very little on the bench.

There's hardly anyone else playing this GW, so...

I'd play Zaha. And downgrade Tosun to Crouch (bench him) and then Gundo somehow to Sane/Silva.

I know, the point was just that there's a good chance/risk to jump up/down the ranks if you move away from the norm and take the chance on De Bruyne, Tosun, Deeney, Ramsey, Shaqiri, Coleman, Kiko, etc. This is a time people are chasing all sorts of weird FPL prizes and get desperate :D

Wondering whether to do a quick change from Firmino to Jesus, even though I already took a -4 this week.

Why so many people have Lacazette over Aubameyang in their teams? Isn't Auba cup-tied in UEL? I thought he would start in the PL and Lacazette against Atletico?

How does this look guys?
Pickford
Walker - Gomez- Baines -
Mane (C) - Salah - Zaha - Özil - Silva
Jesus (VC) - Welbeck

Downgraded Lacazette to Welbeck as my gooner friend claims Laca isnt a sure starter today :S
Not digging my forward line, have 0.7 in the bank now.

I've ended up going with this, as I believe Ramsey will be on the end of some good chances. WBA is tricky for me - I fancy Mané, but they drew 0-0 last time, but WBA need a win to matematically stay up.

Karius
Milner - Baines - Walker
Ramsey - Ozil - Salah - Zaha - Sterling (VC)
Lacazette - Jesus (C)

Bench: Adrian, Coleman, Crouch, Long

I still think Aubameyang will start with Lacazette
Replaced Auba with Laca... Feck.

This is my team and that's with -8 points already. (shocking defence)

Pope
Walker - Robertson - Lowton - Mbemba
Zaha Salah Sterling
Laca, Jesus (C), Firmino

Firmino and Robertson probably won't even play... Should have saved my free hit.
