Damm Aguero. Ruined me again. Hope he doesn't do anything more, and they get Jesus on.

Least Sane to Son worked out (so far)

I was so pleased when Auba didn't play too. :(

I was so close to putting the armband on Kun for a differential, went for the safe Salah :nervous:

Not sure what to do with City. Aguero could easily be rotated once the CL restarts.

Captained Son and it turns out he was the weakest link of my attack despite the goal  it’s good that he scored because I would go crazy.

Martial, Pogba, Sterling and Aguero have more than done their job.

85 points with Jimenez and Bennett to go, plus 30 minutes of Sterling left.

I was 100 points behind the leader of our league three game weeks ago, will be about 55 points ahead and the end of this week

Yeah looks like I did Sterling to Mane a week early. Still, can't be greedy.

    Anyone still have Alonso?

Had a decent week but done a stupid last minute double transfer.

Dropped Sterling and Nasri for Felipe and Son. Quite a sideways move.

Right time to get rid of De Bruyne, he's done nothing for me!

    Who should I get in?

    Guaita
    Robertson Laporte Lindelof TAA
    Pogba Salah De Bruyne
    Llorente Aguero Rashford

    Subs: Redmond, Deulofeu, AWB

60 with Jimenez and Moutinho to go. Probably falling a a bit, but nothing significant.

Average week so far. 74 points with Jiminez and Doherty to play. Rice coming in for Rash. Would have been much better had I chosen a Pogba or Aguero as my captain.

Humble brag? Top 10k average is 64, overall average 50.

I don't get this at all. How on earth is 74 average? I swear some of you guys spout nonsense like this just to show off

I got 79 with bonuses from todays games and Jiminez to go. I'm fecking ecstatic! Only sour point is that I swapped out Sterling and Nasri for Son and Felipe. But to be honest, the swap was logical (Sterling hasn't got a great record in the big games, Nasri injured whereas Son is on form and Felipe had an easy game) so there's that.

Closed a 70 point gap with my ML leader to only about 16 over the last two weeks. Now need to play it smart. Especially as we have the same chips remaining but I still have Free Hit!

Frustrated. Dominated the leader of my league with basically everyone on the pitch apart from Sterling yet we're even. Such is the nature of this game I guess, you just need a bit of luck.

75 points with Doherty to play tomorrow.

Turned out okay in the end although I had Salah captain whereas Pogba and Aguero fetched double points. Also Kolasinac.

Unsure what to do with Aguero now. Keep him for the BGW or move to Auba for 2 GWs at least.

I'll definitely swap Aguero to Auba next game week. United are playing Liverpool, Chelsea blank, Spurs away to a dogged Burnley and City of course don't play. That leaves no obvious captain choices outside Arsenal. Whether I swap them back the week after to two weeks after is a decision I have to make.

Dont mind losing money on the swaps at this stage. My team value is already about 104.9 and now is the time to reap the rewards.

That is surprising. They must have been very conservative with their captaincy choice.
I assumed most of the top players captained Pogba or Aguero. I didn’t know their average was that low. After hearing this, 74 point isn’t that bad with two wolves players still to go. However, i m very disappointed as I debated to captain Pogba, but chickened our at the end.

Thank god i decided to get Hazard & David Luiz out for Cathcart (who got a clean sheet) & Son this week. Missed the Martial & Agüero trains though.

Apparently majority went with Salah. And I'm saying like 95%.

    Mixed feelings.
Brought Son in for Sane, and Pogba got 2, but the key guys in my league have both.

Ederson cleany, but small cheese to the Aguero haul.

The thing is, there was no sign Aguero was going to break out the double hattrick, he'd been scoring 1s all season, and getting hauled at 60!

Would have taken incredible bravery to not captain a 13.6m Salah at home to Bournemouth!

Well he has a great record v Chelsea.

    That’s 15 goals and 3 assists in 18 games v them.

So folks... What are we doing with Sane (& Aguero) now?

I have 1FT and all my chips left to play. Presuming most Aguero owners are going to ride his abscence out. Sane to drop in price again tonight. He needs to be shipped but Mane would give 4 attackers for Utd-Pool (Pogba, Rashford, Salah). Eriksen is a reasonable shout for good price but he'll have Chelsea the week after and I already have Son so cautious over doubling up there.

Expecting a horrendous gw next week with 5 players involved in the United v Liverpool game. Still I guess most will be in the same boat.

He better sort himself out for next week. Elite replacements for Aguero are thin on the ground.

With certain players not playing this week I've ended up having 3 wolves players that will add towards my final score. Sane is getting fecked off this week. Didn't wanna take the hit last week. Still on 69 so a clean sheet for Wolves will be pretty decent for me

80 points with Doherty left, up to 3294 OR. Hopefully Jimenez blanks tomorrow night but I fancy him to get something tbh.

No Son or Auba could kill me next week. I don't have many viable captain candidates which is the biggest issue.

Unrelated but Sterling is such a good differential I might bring him back after the blank.

Yeah that's true. I think they can beat Schalke with their second string though. And obviously they can rest players in the fa cup with that gimme fixture. The title race is going down to the wire so I don't see anyone trying to be too clever in the league. Aguero is still a keeper for me. Sterling probably likely to benched 1 in 4.

2 Aguero in 2x gameweeks has put me into the top 50k! Chuffed as I had a proper rough xmas period and was sitting around 200k in Jan.
