Wipes it, only have a single after.

Chuck your team up, see it can tempt me to do similar.
At the moment I'm covering Maddison, Dennis, De Gea and Rudiger from the expected to play crew, with the probably forlorn chance of Dalot doing the same.
Currently got..

De Gea (Guita)
Reguilon, Rudiger, Alonso (Sanchez, Cody)
Tielemans, Mount, Trossard, Maddison (Gallagher)
Dennis, Kane, Cavani

Shame about the wipe. :(

TAA plays tonight, so that's one doubt gone. Can probably get through this week with what I've got in fairness. Just the -4 because of the over keenness bringing Son in.

EDIT Not to jinx him or Jota getting through tonight of course!!

Does Cavani play both though?

I'm missing the Reguillon, Kane, Mount mostly from that for potential. But Mount has a habit of playing a game then disappearing for no reason, so so'ds law dictates he'd play the City away and miss the easier game!
Kane without Son is to be seen how effective he is too.

To be fair it will probably be a total disaster for me.

Any suggestions for someone playing both games I could switch Cavani with? It's a fair point about him probably not playing both.

Brenden says Daka is back, anyone tempted with no Vardy/Iheanacho?

If I make the obvious move of Son to Maddison this week it leaves me with 7.8m in the bank which feels like I'm playing this game wrong. Atleast it's an easy way back Salah though.
I have 6m itb. No use other than Antonio to Kane which I'm not too keen on.

Not really. It is what it is. Costly players are mostly underperforming. Some others are returning somewhat ok-ish points but that is not good enough for premium.

I have 6.1 ITB after that move.

Taken a -8
Dennis in for Toney
Maddison on for Son
Jota in for ESR

Bachman*
Alonso*, Reguillon*, TAA
Sterling, Bowen, Maddison*, Jota
Ronnie(c)*, Dennis*, Antonio

subs: Sanchez*, Coufal, Duffy, Sissoko

Current plans:
Sterling to Salah when he is back (have 2.0 on the bank so can afford it straight away)
Ronnie to Lukaku around GW 27 ( if Lukaku has patched things up and is a regular again)
Alonso - out for the blanks, open to a few players
Maddison form - plenty around his price point to easy to move

of course more DGWs could spoil all that. In my head so far I may need to wildcard around GW28-30 as things stand (free hit could he used also depending on the blanks, think I’ll at least need free hit anyway for sure). But nothing goes to plan does it

Current Team:
Bachmann
TAA Shaw Lamptey
Jota Bowen Greenwood Rashford
Dennis Antonio Kane

bench: Foster, Cancelo, Bernardo, Targett

I plan to do a -4 and have to options in my mind. Which is the better option?

1. Rashford out for somone like Aaron Lennon and bring in Ronaldo for Antonio
2. Shaw out for Reguilon and Swap Kane with Ronaldo.

Shaw is supsended for the first leg, otherwise Option 1 would be the clear favorite.

Thinking to take a minus 8 hit.
Son to Maddison
Watkins to Dennis

I also want to take out James but no idea who to go for. Dalot, Everton defender, Watford defender or a Wolves defender?

Any advice.

My team without transfers:

Sanchez
James, Cancelo, TAA
Raphina, Son, Bowen, Jota
Antonio, Watkins, Ronaldo (c)

Subs: Ramsdale, B. Johnson, Ramsey, Livra

I’m starting Sanchez over Bachmann due to Foster being back, unless there’s news from the press conference. I’m not sure it’s worth the risk as Watford will probably concede no matter who they are playing.

Watkins will most likely have a DGW next week so maybe Antonio is the better option to take out despite the good fixtures for him.

hmm - will check it out.

I only had Bachman in as it’s purely aimed at him gaining points from shots on goal rather than clean sheets - wasn’t confident Brighton would keep clean sheets in their games even at home.

As for the defenders you could take a gamble on Evertons new left back Mykolenko. Quite a talented guy with a very good left foot.
Edit: And should be nailed after the departure of Digne to Villa.

Yeah I had Bachmann playing before yesterday’s news. I think he’ll more than likely play both but I’d be very annoyed if he didn’t play the second game.

Feck it.

You feckers made me do it.
I'm getting a United player.

Cavani.
You can't get mad at him and his gorgeous hair.
If Ronaldo is a doubt, I'm probably more likely to go Bruno.
On pens, and seems to find an extra gear when he's back to the main man.

Blooming heck, Maddison defunct.

Also Brownhill again! He must have about 6 games to make up now.

James and Son are injured, get rid.

EDIT: just realised you already know.

Sigh... Anyway who are we captaining this week guys?

I'm actually tempted to go with De Gea. If we keep 2 clean sheets, could be rolling in points. It's a big If though.

I think we can just assume that game is off. All eyes on Rangnick for news about Ronaldo. If he’s out I’m tempted to go Son to Bruno and Ronaldo to Kane for a -4.

Edit. Maybe not if the Spurs game is under threat :nervous:

Getting twitchy myself as the deadline approaches. I think Bruno is worth a punt now as a Son replacement and a decent placeholder for Salah. That'll be a -4 for me though and I'd be playing this 11

Sa
Cancelo TAA Jansson (Williams) (Tomiyasu)
Sterling Bruno Maddison Bowen Jota
Antonio King (Edouard)

just the 4 doublers. Spurs v Arsenal looks under threat now which would mess up a fair few I guess. Still tempted to wildcard into this

De Gea (Bachman)
TAA Cucurella Lowton (Cancelo) (Kilman)
Mount Bruno Maddison Bowen Jota
Antonio Dennis (Watkins)

which is 7 doublers and Watkins in place for a potential Villa double in 23. Hmmmm

Ah FFS. Leicester again! What bullshit is this

Edit: So Burnley got this one called off. Probably selling Chris Wood pushed them over the threshold.
