Great performance tonight but his injury record shouldn't be overlooked and we should think long term.

We need a RW and bale is better on the LW or through the centre...and we have enough players for those positions.
Bale is fine on the right and considering our deficiencies in that department, would be a good fit. I was against signing him (injuries, age) but that display has changed my mind.

Zidane has not actually spoken in a manner that suggests he wants Bale to stay.

Mourinho loves him, no doubts about it. He was batting goo goo eyes at Bale last summer itself. If Bale wants to move, we are his likely destination.

Age is fine, 28 is still not that old, we can get 5 seasons out of him. Injuries is a factor, but if we strengthen in other areas (midfield and FBs) and ensure Bale remains fit for atleast 25 league games or so, we can manage and will get value for his price.

Bale and Ronaldo came across as pricks last night. They could've answered their transfer questions better or just refused to answer them.

You're just after winning 4th and 5th CL with a team you're very happy in ffs.

Bale was clearly not happy and it is his right to voice that. He said he was fit and still not getting picked for the team which is a legit grievance.
Ronaldo came across like an entitled egotistical ass.
