I’d watch the Salford documentary if you haven’t (it’s a good watch) but everything begins and ends with Neville. He was constantly digging out the manager in one of the episodes when they were doing okayish too.

That's not the way I interpreted it. I've never heard him say Anthony could be as good as Mahrez, more that he should model his game on him, mainly to mix his game up more to go on to his right side the way he does
