Upamecano is a cheat code
Something very evident against PSG, how the recovery pace of Goretzka, Upamecano and Davies could just nullify any advantage the opponents can gain

Top of the league and favourites for the CL

Madness sacking their manager last week it’s still mind boggling

5-1, 4-1, 6-0, 5-0, 4-0, 4-2, 3-1

3-0 and not even half time. That's 34 goals for and 5 against in 7 games and a half, or an average score of 4.5 - 0.66

And that is why Union was always our only hope

Apparently Kahn and Brazzo didn't like working with Nagelsmann, and the board tried to grab Tuchel previously after Heynckes but waited too long and lost him, they were not going to wait this time.

TBF looking at the two sides pre match Bayern still have the better 11 by miles. Only Bellingham and maybe Haller would get into the Bayern Team.

Still disappointing that Dortmund just collapse Hamburg lite in Munich every single season though.

Is that just at Allianz?

Speaking of best wingers in the last decade or so, Coman should definitely be rated above Sane. Gnabry too.

I've yet to see why Bellingham is worth anything near 100m.
Strikes me as the type of player who if we signed we would spend 5 years trying to "find the perfect partner" for him in order to get the best out of him, rather than just signing a player that fits our system.

Brilliant move that. Coman has been great just missed a bit of a luck up front. 4-0 now. Great ball by Sane too

The crazy part is that Bayern should been up by 6-8 Goals

I suppose this performance and the one against Belgium should end any hope that Wolf can be a serious RB option.

Sigh. The way Dortmund folds against Bayern every single year is just absolutely disappointing.

Goes to show how unfortunate the job as coach can be, considering Stuttgart are doing a reverse Union in terms of xPts.

This could turn out to be worse than the actual loss on Saturday.

Frankfurt 2-0 up at halftime vs. Union Berlin.
Both goals by Kolo Muani, each time Mario Götze with the assist. Götzes´s vision and ability in tight spaces is still outstanding.

Kolo Muani doesn't stop scoring, really impressive how consistent his performances are considering that Frankfurt is quite a bit volatile this year.
But don't see Bayern going for him in the summer. Think there are doubts how he would fit in the dominant style of play Tuchel will establish sooner or later.

Starting Lineups for Bayern vs. Freiburg, here we go:

Sommer
Pavard Upamecano De Ligt Cancelo
Kimmich Goretzka
Sané Müller Coman
Chupo

So Bayern starting with the same players that ran over Dortmund on Saturday, except Cancelo is starting over Davies.
Will be quite interesting to see how they will approach the game, as there is no way Freiburg will attack Bayern in the way Dortmund did, opening up spaces for counter attacks.
Freiburg will probably sit deep, so Bayern will have to create chances while having much more possession and playing in tighter spaces.
Cancelo over Davies maybe a hint that Tuchel has similar expectations, as Cancelo is more fitting to that kind of game.

On a sidenote: the management of Musiala will be quite interesting in the coming weeks. Not sure if Tuchel will play him over Müller like Nagelsmann did.

Frankfurt proving to be a cup team again, rock solid 2-0 against Union after playing totally bad for weeks.

Thank the heavens for that. Just thinking about all the cringe hype that would have come with these anti-footballers playing the final in their hometown makes me want to strangle a kitten.
