it's possible that all my post ending with regardless of djemba djemba were counted as votes!

Since I can see no names in the last 3 spots, I'm assuming they are all occupied by Liam Miller.

we should do a poll of the top 11 and see how it comes out compared to this list...it'd be interesting

I think this is a good delve into the psyche of Caftards...i can't wait to see who the top 3 are

unless the reason there are 11 is cos 1 is someone like Eric Harisson or Fergie himself....though that would contradict the 'player' part

Who the hell is at #2? then

I think it's safe to assume who number one is.

I could see one or two posters voting like that, but the entire forum isn't that cheeky
Since the countdown started at #11 I suspect the top place isn't based on the votes at all, either Sir Alex or just a tribute to everyone to play under him.

Ha it is Sir Alex, I called it.

Still, Giggs should have been top of the players.

Well, with everyone shifted up a position, I think it's actually a pretty good list...I wouldn't have had Keane 2nd, but thats a personal preference...Good Job Caftards, your sensible people

We should still do a poll though

Conclusion is done as well, hope you all enjoyed that! The reason I put SAF first was because otherwise it would have been slightly too obvious ;)

Nah Giggs was never gunna be first here

Pretty stunned Cantona isn't

I'm gunna be stunned if Rooney isn't even on the list, and equally surprised if he turns up first!
Well, looks like he is not.

Out of interest, who would you have taken off the list to make room for Rooney?

Only one player who was on my list didn't make the official list, and that was Ruud. I'd have had him in for Irwin.

1) Cantona
2) Ronaldo
3) Giggs
4) Scholes
5) Keane
6) Schmeichel
7) Rooney
8) Van Nistlerooy
9) Beckham
10) Solskjaer

I think I'd go with that list personally. Not included Robson because he was already here when Fergie arrived, and arguably his prime was pre Fergie

the list is actually better than I expected - should have had more faith in the Caf - glad Irwin made it over people like Rooney or RvN

I did have Bruce in my 10 though

If you'd go with that list personally, you should have sent it into the voting. :)

so you dont rate any of the defenders who have played under Fergie?
