Gandolfini, albeit in his TV role as Tony Soprano. You can often feel his more in the scenes he's physically absent from.

I once saw Washington eating a bite of food in a movie and I instantly became hungry.

By no means greatest of all time, but I like Ray Liotta too. Always seems to capture my attention.

Christopher Walken- supposedly has so much presence that people tingles when he walks into the room. He owned the screen in The Prophecy.

Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher in Gangs of New York.
De Niro as Max Cady in Cape Fear
Clint Eastwood as William Munny in Unforgiven
Al Pacino as Antonio Montana in Scar Face

I recently watched Outlaw King and everytime Aaron Taylor Johnson is on screen your eyes are just drawn to him.

I honestly can’t say there is an actor or actress where every film they do they give out a constant aura or persona. There are films where people are undeniable and steal everything, Denzel in Training Day, Matthew Mcconaughey in Reign of Fire, Daniel Day Lewis in Gangs of New York, Bale in The Fighter, Portman in Leon and Black Swan. Lawrence and John Hawkes in Winters Bone. Could go on and on naming standout performances where people’s aura and presence over powered everyone else.
