Someone gets sick, Cuddy thinks it's something simple, House disagrees, everyone realises it's not Lupus, yadda yadda yadda, emotional journey for the patients, emotional journey for House/member of House's team, patient gets better at last minute when House realises it's 8 different diseases at the same time.
There's gonna be a spin-off show with him as the main character (no other house characters though).

It's been moved to Monday nights which I don't approve of. I record Chuck and How I Met Your Mother at that time slot. No room for House.
