Lingard over Rashford because he's more defensively minded and probably better from a tactical viewpoint (my summary at least), but if we go a couple up, Rashford and Martial might play 30mins together on opposite wings. Though I suspect if Rashford comes on it'll be for Martial and likewise Mkhitaryan for Lingard.

Pretty much what I expected apart from Mhki getting dropped for Lingard but I think that's actually quite a wise decision. This is an attitude game in many ways and you know that Lingard will run and be pain all afternoon against them which i'm not sure you could say about Mkhi.
