What's the use of games like this?
These sides are nothing but cannon fodder and the tournaments are always just the same teams every time.

Why not have a group of shit so some of these sides can have a shot in the finals?

England's groups are generally a total cakewalk bar maybe one tricky fixture, they then rock up to the finals massively overconfident having strolled there and subsequently shit a bollock.

There's no incentive or contest as all the big nations know they're going to make it anyway barring a rare calamity.

The current system is just plain boring.
