Is their any particular reason why the Kosovo fans love England so much?

It's nice to see so much respect, we should see this more really, for all teams.
UK was pivotal in NATO bombing of Yugoslavia which resulted in more than half of Kosovans being able to return home, and years later to get independence.

In general, next to US, UK is the most respected and beloved country in Kosovo. Vice versa, UK (next to US) has been the biggest supporter of Kosovo .

France beating Albania 1-0 in Albania’s very nice looking new national stadium. Shame the Albanian public had to whistle the French anthem.
Yeah, not cool at all. I guess it is cause in France, they've put Andorra's anthem when they played Albania, and then apologised to Armenia for the technical mistake.

Kolbeinn out injured. Alfreð last game. That's 3 of our best attackers out. Business as usual.

cnutish behaviour under normal circumstances, well deserved here given what happened in the last game.

Moldova are way to dirty for a meaningless game like this. Looks like they are trying to hurt players.

Our 2nd player off injured, injured by the opposition. Looks like broken ribs the way he was treated.

It is. To be fair, Albanians shouldn't have booed. They should have just put 'God save the Queen' as France's anthem.
That would have been hilarious.

Anthem confusion in international football is inexcusable. How hard is it to find the right melody online? If it's the anthem of a small country and you're unsure of the source, just ask someone from the staff of the visiting team if you have the right track. Not that difficult.

So Italy, Belgium, England and Ukraine certain to be top seeds so far. Provided Spain beat Romania tonight and Germany doesn't lose their final game, those 6 will be the countries in pot 1.

If that happens Belgium goes in B with Russia (and Denmark if they qualify) and Ukraine goes in C with the Netherlands.

Nah that was only cos MON completely lost his mind.

Ireland might pull a win out of the bag but it's unlikely to be by 2.
We only need to win the match to qualify? That's what Irish telly have been saying all week, we don't need to win by two unless Switzerland draw with Gibraltar

One team has scored 22 goals in the group. The other 6 goals. In a group that contains Gibraltar. With the hope of an entertaining tournament in the summer I'll be rooting for Denmark tonight.

Is that the same Poulsen who once played for Liverpool and was completely rubbish?

Ireland don't really score more than 1 a game it seems. Can't see them scoring 2 tonight

Christian Poulsen was the rubbish player, who played for Liverpool. He is too old (39) to play today. It is Yussuf Poulsen from RB Leipzig, who plays today. Christian Poulsen is assistant manager in Ajax.

I`m suprised, that Ireland doesn`t attack more, and I am also suprised, that Denmark won`t try to finish the game off; 0-0 10 minutes ahead of time will be a dangerous position for both teams.

Yussuf Poulsen, Leipzig forward.

Danes lost Dolberg and Delaney to injury so less options to change around in second half now.

Pukki with his 10th in these qualifiers, shared 4th position with Mitrovic, I believe.
