Im not an Ireland fan but I think you could get more out of that team. It's surely better than that Euro 2012 team although it is miles off their 1990 or 2002 teams.
I don't see enough of these players on a regular basis to form a solid opinion but players like Waters, McClean etc are really bad. They're not going to light up the football stage at international level.
They're better than Northern Ireland personnel wise for me, but nowhere close in terms of performance.
Their O'Neill has coached them far better than our O'Neill has, that's for sure.
