But the premier league has already overtaken the UCL in terms of revenue anyway. So your solution to competing with the epl would be to make your own league without the epl teams in it and only 1 other major European club and compete against another league (UCL) that has the English clubs plus more major European clubs than just Juventus. You're right in the sense that you could make more income if all of the major clubs stood up and left the UCL then the English clubs would have to make a decision but Barca/Madrid/Juve/Anderlecht/Porto/Benfica/Red Star aren't competing with the UCL clubs still left in the competition. In fact, not only are you not competing you'd probably make less revenue than if you stay in the UCL anyway. You yourself have given me the answer. Will continental clubs accept being swept by the Premier or accept a different model that ensures more income.
Actually, for many teams, putting it into practice seems like the only solution. As long as the Premier's owners are able to maintain that level of losses.
That's why like I said it only happens if the English clubs agree to move or Bayern/PSG/Inter/Milan etc. also decide to move. With the clubs signed up now no way is it going to go ahead.
