Delaney probably seen Daniel Harris' tweet from yesterday, and trying to turn it into his own story.

Surely if Daniel Harris was right, it'd have been reported by now from other reliable sources. Sounds like BS, again. I wish I can join the muppet train on this but it doesn't seem close yet.

Google 'miguel delaney' + any player we've been linked with in the past 3 years and you'll find an article where he's reporting it as a done deal.

I think most journalists know it's going to get done, so some are jumping the gun to be seen as "they got there first".

It's fair to say it'll rumble on a little while longer. I suspect we will settle with something like £90 + £30m in clauses.

Most likely. A bit expensive, but is close to what they're asking.

Dortmund would be a great move for Dalot and Dortmund have just lost Hakimi from his loan. Is that maybe a possibility to lower the fee down to £90m

I think that all the clubs need to put some effort and take time to make any transfer happen, sometimes weeks sometimes months. The difference is we are The biggest club with The biggest fan base in the World and I bet that our contract saga with Angel Gomes was mentioned more times than City's discusion with Bayern about Sane. Cause very little people give a crap about other clubs, The only interesting part is when the transfer is minutes away from happening, thats why when we read/hear about X player going to Y club its all about confirming it and nobody knows when everything started, frankly because even if some journalists would be able to find out, there is no need because no one cares.

In our case when Ole or Ed talk in their sleep about any name the whole world knows about it and thats why it feels sooooooo long to materialized. Chelsea bought Ziyech and Werner because of their clauses it was straightforward other players ? nope even one ? other clubs ? some cheap or free players and thats all. And you want us to be the first club this summer to sign probably the biggest name with The biggest Money in 2020, already? Really ?

We finished our season few Days ago...

I mean.... we did not. We are still in the game we need to focus and give our boys time to finish and then we csn start building for the next chapter. We have like 40 ish days to start new season so about a month to start pre season. We have Time, each Day BvB's is weaker and each week we save sth like 200-250 k pounds of Sancho's wages.

Chill out a little bit please. I would love to have him already of course but there is nothing wrong if we get him and others a little later, it still gonna be Good

Would you call Elon Musk and tell him you have Great idea about Electric cars and that he should start producing them ?

Probably not, i bet you would check it first if he did not already start making them, because it would be Great few years ago, not now. So why do you want to present your great idea to us about Dalot replacing Hakimi if BvB already signed Meunier ? What is the point writing sth that is sooo wrong and sth you could check in 2 seconds before posting that.

Is it on enough that I should just tell work I’m sick and head home to unzip or should I just stick it out for the last 3 hours of my shift then get the party started?

€60m + €60m in installments seems crazy. I cant get behind that logic. Did Simon Stone comment? Or Fabrizio Romano?
I'd assume this would be a mixture of guaranteed payments and player/team performance based add-ons. I believe Harris is the only one running with it.

Yeah, close to the money they want and right around their deadline on the 10th. Easy transfer to call ahead of time, as far as these things go.

I like how Sancho worded his timed post much more muppet-like than Rashford.

Wait.. it can't mean that Rashy is going to Dortmund is it?

"This is basically him confirming if both will play in the same team next season. Rashford plays for ManUnited therefore Sancho means that he is confirming that he will play for ManUnited next season" - Michael Owen

Sancho is referencing Nike in his tagline with Rashford.

We are sponsored by Adidas.

City are sponsored by Nike :nervous:

Muppet season truly on, the banter between fans of Dortmund and us, the cryptic social media messages.
All we need now is him putting his house in Dortmund for sale, someone in London office watching activities and checking when the NYSE will open.
@ChaddyP and @VanGaalEra am not feeling you guys this window.

They're only asking for 120m euros, idk why we'd pay 120m pounds but it is Woody..

Bit sad ain't it, let me and @ChaddyP warm our old legs up. It's only been 4 days.

If this gets announced over the weekend I'll even consider un-ignoring Fridge Chutney's comments over the summer.
