I think that all the clubs need to put some effort and take time to make any transfer happen, sometimes weeks sometimes months. The difference is we are The biggest club with The biggest fan base in the World and I bet that our contract saga with Angel Gomes was mentioned more times than City's discusion with Bayern about Sane. We have like 40 ish days to start new season so about a month to start pre season. We have Time, each Day BvB's is weaker and each week we save sth like 200-250 k pounds of Sancho's wages.
