I got from it:-
"Over...more cash"
"Yeah, he did"
"Took it"
"For sure, yeah"

Best I can do. Night all.

The plane that supposedly bought Sancho to London has landed back in Germany 27mins ago.

If he was on it then that's him in training tomorrow and the Dortmund deadline less that 24 hours away. This is going to a looooong day.

If it does come down to the fee and Them not accepting instalments or wanted large first instalment you can’t blame the club for not wanting to spend it. The transfer market isn’t immune to the state of the world no matter how much Dortmund want it to be.

You see arsenal make 50 people redundant while United are looking to protect staff - latest with them not looking to release any U19s. All this has a cost and if we are walking away to protect staff and the club then credit to them.

... if it turns out the failed due to us dithering about then it’s a different story.

We can add the lip reading to the list

Gotta love silly/muppet season

Why do we never have normal transfer sagas . This doesn't include Thiago's 'nos vemos en Manchester' signed ball, Pogba's instagtam clues etc. The video of Ole is so so typical in the sense that there's enough there to leave you excited/curious but not enough to get any real definitive insight as to what's going on. Past the obvious reference to 'cash', the rest of what he's saying is completely up to interpretation.

Also seems like Ole takes a glance at the screen after he first says 'cash' and tones it down after realizing he's been caught on camera.

Yeh the third line is what is unclear, I'm thinking its

They want cash
Yeh that's it
Sorted
Tuesday

The muppet in me only wants to read those words, nothing else

You nailed it. Last line is "Tuesday..."

Mother of God, I've descended into muppet hell...

I've watched the Ole clip over and over and I've come to the conclusion that he DEFINITELY says 'for sure yep' right at the end. Doesn't necessarily mean anything but does anybody else see it too? Tell me i'm not going crazy :wenger:

The podcast between Romano, Falk and Jan is on Tuesday...

We want to extend Jones' contract, but he wants more cash. I think that must be it.

Also looks like:

0:02 - "....for the cash"
0:04 - "yeah...he is" or "yeah...easy"
0:07 - "Fully" (I don't know if it's an artifact, but there is slight audio of him speaking here; he could be saying 'sorted' or 'surely', but it really looks like it starts with an F)
0:11 - "For sure, yeah"

EDIT:
After a few more listens:

0:04 - "yep...he's here" (there is audio here, as well)

There were rumours that the agent/signing fee was like 50m euroswhich is the real reason for the hold up. Could be shite but it would line up with Ole saying “for the cash”.

Thursday? Don't get disappointed by going for Tuesday lads, give yourself 2 more days!

I'm off to bed but this is my best attempt a full transcript of what Ole is saying:

1) "Not the...not the cash" makessense as you can see Ole slightly shaking his head as he's talking before he says 'cash' and also seems as though Ole says a word just before 'cash',

Matic then replies

2) "Yep exactly"

Proceeds to look in to the distance, maybe looking at the big screen. Initially though he's talking to somebody else but seems like it's a screen check.

3) "Sorted" (a possibility he says ''sort it")

Gets asked a question by one of the other coaches it seems based on the scene at the start of the video where there's a coach to the right of Matic

4) "For sure yeah" this one is very clear for me the more I looked at it, he's nodding his head as he says it too.

I'd just like to say my intention hasn't been to entice anything or cause an unreasonable level of positivity. Ultimately it's hard to tell anything from a 10 second clip with no sound but looking at it objectively that's the best I could come up with and to be honest i'm quite confident that it's pretty much all accurate. The 3rd thing he says when looking to his right is the part I'm least confident about. Im unsure for sure if he's saying 'sorted', 'sort it' or maybe something else entirely but I'm leaning towards 'sorted'.

If my amateur lip-reading is correct and that they're even discussing the Sancho transfer then I'd assume he was midway through explaining that the current negotiations/hold-ups to the deal is surrounding the structure/bonuses/installments and not the cash. As for what he says 'yes exactly' to and 'for sure yeah' in response to Matic and the other coach I'd be a fool to even try and predict that

Goodnight!

I'm not gonna bite on this one... Could just be Ole talking with Matic about that awesome kebab down the street. The owners know who's buying the kebabs and have doubled the price... Ole still wants one so bad so he's just paying up. They want more cash... Sort it!

Matic: what's the crack with Sancho then Boss?

Ole: its all about the money

Matic: ah right is that it?

Ole: yeah lad

Someone stood next to them: how much?

Ole: 120

Ole (repeating the vast figure): one hundred and twenty

I’ve seen it too many times now, here are my gatherings:

1. something something cash, he definitely says cash. Not sure if he says ‘not the cash’ or ‘more cash’ or something else.

2. Yeah

3. ???

4. Arsenal

5. Lastly is looks like he’s saying ’for sure yeah’. I’m pretty sure he ends with saying ‘yeah’, not as sure about what he says before that.

To conclude, he’s talking about cash, says yeah a lot and seems pretty condfident about the cash.

Regardless of the lip reading, Zorc's next statement and the ITK stories, I am still a firm believer that this is the best time for Dortmund to cash out on their very successful investment. It makes a lot of sense and free from uncertainty that is COVID-19 effect for the future.
