Still think he deserves so much credit for being as clinical as he is, it's not like it's counter-attacking galore ala Mourinho's Madrid, we're talking one or two moments in a very tight game and he takes them.Leicester have been counter attacking specialists and against the big sides they get to play that game to the max.
Yeah, I read some ridiculous stat like 11 goals in 9 games against Liverpool. He also always scores against us too.He has a great record against us. We’ve been guilty of allowing him a lot of space to get in behind our CB’s.
Fair point. He is a very good Premier League striker.Still think he deserves so much credit for being as clinical as he is, it's not like it's counter-attacking galore ala Mourinho's Madrid, we're talking one or two moments in a game and he takes them.
Because Vardy thought he wouldn't be a great fit into their system.Definition of a game raiser. I do remember that Arsenal wanted him after they won the title but he rejected them.
Ok, why doesn't other strikers from club outside "bix six" clubs scores as many as Vardy then?Mainly because he gets more space as Leicester usually sit deep. But he's a very decent finisher so credit where it's due.
Allowing? Vardy's movement is the reason why he's able to get into goalscoring position at all.He has a great record against us. We’ve been guilty of allowing him a lot of space to get in behind our CB’s.
lukaku is an average player soLukaku's record is worryingly bad
I still remember that goal a few weeks back, when he raced to receive the pass from Mahrez, who was by himself with the ball.Amazes me how he's still that fast and efficient in counter attacking while being 30. He's faster than many players younger than him.
I wish some of our players could become game raisers.Definition of a game raiser. I do remember that Arsenal wanted him after they won the title but he rejected them.
This is the type of delusion our fans have. He’d be a great sub option imo.
Especially for Mourinho when he opts to park the bus, i.e. playing away v the top 6.
Was thinking the same. They complement each other very well.Vardy should be at a bigger club.
And while it'll be laughed at, a front 2 of Vardy and Rom would be ruddy brilliant.
He isn't better than anything we have, and would almost certainly struggle at United. This is the type of delusion our fans have.
Sub option?
He should and could be a starter option at United. He's better than anything we have.
He is better than all of our attackers. He isn't better than anything we have, and would almost certainly struggle at United.
Your really think he is better than Lukaku? The same player who has scored more goals than vardy in all Season but the season Leicester one the league? He is better than all of our attackers.
But you're right he would struggle at United due to the way we play.
I do. For what he does off the ball. He gives opposition players alot to ponder. Lukakus 0ff the ball play has to develop.Your really think he is better than Lukaku? The same player who has scored more goals than vardy in all Season but the season Leicester one the league?
