That 25-30m clause is appealing but not sure how far we'd get if Barca are interested

Yeah still hoping we have vacancy for number 1Barca have got 2 good keepers though, even if they're both over 30 and ter Stegen has dropped off slightly. Don't see Garcia going to be a bench option. Maybe Chelsea, if they can flog a couple of their pool of keepers and pressure Sanchez into looking for a move.
We have 1 good goalkeeper (Szczesny) who might be retiring again. ter Stegen is done at top level and fans are on his back, Garcia would probably be the starter.Barca have got 2 good keepers though, even if they're both over 30 and ter Stegen has dropped off slightly. Tough to compete if Barca are in for himPlease make this happen
What’s happened to Ter Stegen? I’d say maybe 2 years ago he was a top gk and I thought the Szczesny signing was just because MATS was injured….but it sounds like he’s regressed badly? We have 1 good goalkeeper (Szczesny) who might be retiring again. ter Stegen is done at top level and fans are on his back, Garcia would probably be the starter.

Barcelona are their city rivals so it's possible he may not want that move, but even then we might not be the best placed club to make a move. He’ll become their starting keeper, so there’s no way we can compete with that given the state we’re in. Our only chance is if he has his own reasons for not wanting to join them.
All I know about him is that he was shocking against us last yearEither him or Costa from Porto, although latter will cost 60m.

It was tough to compete for Yoro too but we pulled it off so we could do the same especially if we confirm Cunha and a striker early on. I think its easy to make a case that we gave an exciting team emerging from under the disaster that this season has turned out to be. Yoro, Heaven, Mainoo, Amad, Bruno and De Ligt are a promising core, if we get good signings in early on then it won't be hard to convince players that we have a good project going.Tough to compete if Barca are in for him
Because Madrid wasn't willing to pay his feeIt was tough to compete for Yoro too but we pulled it off so we could do the same especially if we confirm Cunha and a striker early on. Is Ter Stegen not expected to continue? He’ll become their starting keeper, so there’s no way we can compete with that given the state we’re in. Our only chance is if he has his own reasons for not wanting to join them.
Are Barca still cash strapped? It's not a huge fee but they might be willing or able to fork out £25m on a keeper.Because Madrid wasn't willing to pay his fee
It could happen, but their cash strappedness has never really led to them not signing someone. Lever-pulling twats. Are Barca still cash strapped? It's not a huge fee but they might be willing or able to fork out £25m on a keeper.
We are not even mentioned in the tweet though? It says it's between Barca and clubs from PL and Bundesliga, you'd expect Arsenal und Leverkusen to be in this group too.If it's between Barca and us then we better just move on.
Why Arsenal? Raya had a very strong season, didn't he?We are not even mentioned in the tweet though? It says it's between Barca and clubs from PL and Bundesliga, you'd expect Arsenal und Leverkusen to be in this group too.
That may be, but I've always thought they haven't settled on him? I could be wrong of course. In any case Arsenal were linked to Garcia before, last summer and also this spring. Why Arsenal? Raya had a very strong season, didn't he?
Read that Real want Raya...don't know how true. Why Arsenal? Raya had a very strong season, didn't he?
Yeah both good shouts I think. Chelsea should be all over that guy as wellThat may be, but I've always thought they haven't settled on him? I could be wrong of course. In any case Arsenal were linked to Garcia before, last summer and also this spring.
If not Arsenal, Villa and Newcastle will be in the mix I guess.
Barca have been linked with him for a while and they do want to get rid off Stegen and Scehnezny. Only question is now if he'll make the hated move across town to Barca.Barca have got 2 good keepers though, even if they're both over 30 and ter Stegen has dropped off slightly. Don't see Garcia going to be a bench option. Maybe Chelsea, if they can flog a couple of their pool of keepers and pressure Sanchez into looking for a move.
Our GK coach and Arteta really like him and tried to get him before. But with Raya being that good i don't think we can get him and tell him to wait 2/3 seasons on the bench. I can see him going to Barca or Chelsea. Guaranteed starter and either prestige or money. Why Arsenal? Raya had a very strong season, didn't he?
That was a factor, but Barca aren't exactly spinning in money themselves so they could face PSR and cashflow issues themselves, can't imagine Espanyol helping them out by being flexible, either.Because Madrid wasn't willing to pay his fee
I'd be very confident in Garcia choosing us over Leverkusen. Villa, Newcastle, Chelsea, not so sure. It surely can't hurt to try though.Yeah both good shouts I think. Chelsea should be all over that guy as well

Then he will warm the benchI’m calling it , Onana is going nowhere
Would really like this signing! Seems very talented from the limited times I’ve watched him (& loads of highlights). He wants the PL and we have his golden ticket. Step on up.
Probably Guillem Ballbag, who'll manage to link his very good season to Pep's heritage and spirit somehow. How many people here have seen him play a single minute? I sure as hell haven't
