Glenn Johnson has been given permission to talk to Chelsea after the two clubs agreed a fee.

Wasn't Johnson the player who said "Don't just piss off" when Defoe handed in his transfer request?

apparently its a 6 million quid deal though (4.5 now and 1.5 on future apperences / caps) and they might let him stay at west ham for another year... so he might not be pissing off till he helped them get back up?

Johnson is United quality IMO. Pity the timing doesn't work in our favour to pick him up.

fecking rent boys. Hopefully none of the big named stars will play for them so it doesn't become fashionable like Madrid.

Paul, Johnson played for West Ham last season. Was their best player without a doubt. Great defender with a shitload of potential.
