He absolutely will. It's always karma when it comes to bullying other people like that. I used to be a 'hard man' and bully. Always picking on people I deem as weak. This was back in teenage days. I terrorized so many of my classmates and did disgusting things to them. Tried it one too many times with this little Italian dude name Cassano. Thought he was gonna be easy prey and was demanding lunch money. He literally flew up and kicked me right in the face. Breaking my nose instantly. I went down hard and he opened my jaw and urinated into my mouth for what seem like eternity. Lesson learned. Never ever acted hard ever again.

Bullies always eventually get owned.
 what the feck

Did that awake strange and disturbing things in you, the existence of which you had been unaware of beforehand?

I thought Liverpool was very left wing? Mostly Labour voters there I think.
It was a Tory city up till the early 70s.
Then they became poor and started to vote Liberal and Labour.

The Conservatives controlled the city as recently as 1972, and almost two thirds of the last century saw Liverpool under their leadership.

Liverpool FC was a Tory institution. The Moore's family who owned them were major backers of the Tories.

A good portion of the Labour vote comes purely from economic pragmatism, like with most political choices.
Correct. Liverpool turned poor and went left wing.

I was going to say this - they have the gall to complain about being rounded up by the police

They must have some pretty shit, empty lives back at home that they feel the need to go to these lengths to forget about it for a couple of days.

I pity them.

Just IMAGINE if some Spaniards did this in Liverpool...they'd close the city down for a week of national mourning

They should have just rounded them all up, then let the locals pay a fee, money going to charity, then have a Dunk A Scouser Day. While at the same time shouting Hobnobs.

Not a fan of Barca at all but my god, I will don a Catalan flag whilst playing castanets and eating paella as I’m fooling the bull with my red matador thing exclaiming my wish for independence if that’s what it’ll take for these guys to smash that scum.

That woman from the Echo typifies all that journalism has become in 2019, especially with local papers. Agenda driven without an element of truth.

If she'd have done her research, she'd have known that that square gets closed off at 12pm by the police because it is on the edge of a residential area. It happened when we were there two years on the bounce and it will have happened when United were there last month.

Bias driven journalism is the worst

Why do people think you have the right to go on a "European away' and do what you want to do?

You are a guest in that country. You are there to watch a football game, not to get drunk, annoy locals, smash up the local pubs and restaurants and generally act like a bunch of idiotic louts. And if you cause public disorder, the local country's police force are well within their rights to *god forbid* stop you from wreaking havoc and keep you from moving around too much until the match starts.

And yes, if Spurs fans do the same in Amsterdam, I'll think exactly the same. Bunch of embarrassing pricks.

A lot of residents from Barcelona already hate tourists and what its done to their city.

Fingers crossed they manage to get all English clubs banned from Europe again. For a season at least...

Every club in the world has idiots. (Including Utd). This Yobish behaviour of drinking all day, singing offensive songs and acting like thugs is definetly a British thing. You see it every Friday and Saturday night in every town and city across the UK.
I've been on holiday all over the world, and all the locals hate the British. It's so embarrassing !
Come on mate, I live and work in Manchester, and on European football nights you see very similar behaviour from whoever is the visiting team, at least in terms of the getting pissed all day, chanting and intimidating the locals. There are occasionally violent incidents or vandalism too.

Not that I'm supporting the behaviour of any of them, and what this Pool fan has done is clearly dispicable, but the rest is pretty standard for traveling fans.

Scumbag. He deserves a good hiding. It really sickens me that people just stand by and watch this.

Of course I shouldn’t say such things as I’ve already been called hard, big man, and tough man on the Caf today after merely giving my opinion. At least there was no trash talk involved.
To be fair, standing up to a mob of drunken football supporters alone probably isn’t the best move in the world.

I think while what the guy in the video did was childish and the racism has no place any where in society, all clubs have fans like these. It’s part of football and the tribal culture that comes with it. If you only believe this happens at other clubs you really are sticking your head in the sand. I do agree some clubs seem to have a more racist element.

I'm Irish but all I see here is the normal drunk Brits who cause hassle everywhere they go when drunk.

Always a small percentage of them. Could be a Liverpool fan, a United fan, etc. I'd love to see that guy in the video brought up on assault charges and not allowed into Nou Camp or Anfield for that matter ever again.

In defense of England, I'd like to add that english tourists are nice and low-key from my personal experience. Sometimes too shy for my taste, but when they feel confident they are easily the best people to have a conversation with (speaking the same language helps, so maybe I'm biased).

It's the alcohol that ruins things, but it's closely linked to the worst kind of football fans and teenagers in Salou-Lloret discovering their bodies.

Embarrassing behaviour from what looks like a near 50 year old ffs, he looks like 'Ronnie Fecking Pickering'. I hope the club identifies him and bans him.

So bullying, assaulting and being racist to an old bloke. Not one person steps in and has a word.

Nice way to represent British clubs in Europe.

Do that to the "wrong" person and it may end up in a total different way. But it's clear he's picking them out. A 50+ year old bully. Disgusting.

Aside from embarrassing the guy, getting him soaked and ridiculing him, he's probably also ruined a few expensive electronics too. What a shitty thing to do.

Ridiculous behaviour.

Having said that, some of our lot are no angels either and have actually started turning me off going to aways. Aside from it obviously being horrible that they are physically pushing people, the casual racism which abounds is simply staggering. Football grounds and crowds really are a safe space for racists

What a bunch of utter cnuts. Hope Liverpool can identify these bellends and ban them for life.

What also annoys me is how no one even helps, they all just join in. Poor guy.
They're more likely to build a statue for him.

Horrible club, horrible fans. At least the old man wasn't mugged, that would've been peak Scouse behaviour.
