If Evans doesn't play, Young will be the only player with a premier league medal on the pitch tomorrow.

Anyone know if you can rewatch full games on TNT/discovery? Going to be on a flight over the game so should be easy to avoid the score...

    There's only one United!
Have you ever watched a Potter or De Zerbi team? Their whole appeal is that they don't sit back on the counter but rather take the game to the opposition and play like a top team despite not having top players. I'm not saying we should hire them, but that is not the reason they're not good enough for the top level.
I guess i never watched a Potter or De Zerbi team. :D

Little Jonny Evans face here is funny.
    Is that Bilyaletdinov behind Arteta?

He was awful, pretty sure he still managed to score against Utd that day. Probably the only goal he ever scored for Everton.

This fixture's a bit meh. We'll probably win comfortably. But not a surprise if we don't win. We're just going to meander till the end of the season.

33 points to play for. There is still time for us to make something of this season where we been hit by injuries, VAR and ref decisions and where lot of players didn’t show to much effort once things went against us.

With that said. We need to win today to put that ManCity game behind us.

Get 3 points and somehow build on it. Haven't we one match a week max for the rest of the season?

    Onana
    Dalot Varane Evans Lindelof
    Casemiro Mainoo
    Bruno McTominay Garnacho
    Rashford

Is probably what I’d go with.

Crazy how a Hojlund injury killed the season. Misses a third PL game in a row. I think we’d have beaten Fulham, and maybe something vs City. If we drop points today it was such a devastating injury. Considering it’s meant to have been a minor muscle strain too. Shows how bad our depth is.

It's disappointing there is literally no alternative to Rashford upfront
Its quite rare to have two of your first team strikers injured at the same time. That being said, ten Hag did identify that he wanted a striker in the winter window, simply because Martial is no longer reliable, unfortunately.

It now means we're in a situation where we have to put a non-specialist there, but other teams would be in the exact same boat had they had two of their strikers out. For example, who would City play up top if Haaland and Alvarez were injured? The answer is, they'd most likely go back to the false 9 they played before the arrival of Haaland.

Today, I'm hoping ten Hag tries Bruno there again, with a midfield of Cas, Mainoo and Eriksen. Rash and Garnacho out wide.

Lindelof starting is like a handicap isn't it? Its a reminder we'll need to score three times to have a chance at any points today.

The season is effectively over. Liverpool will put the final nail in the coffin in 8 days. Team is dire and headed nowhere fast. Literally no reason to keep watching. If we beat Liverpool twice and beat Chelsea and Newcastle, maybe fans will be interested again but if you don't give people a reason to support, they get weary. Fans are human beings and not robots.

Harrison will have plenty of joy against Lindelof. Still baffles me how we let Reguilon go knowing the other 2 LB are useless.
