Really? I've never seen him show any real pace for us. He's not slow, but he's definitely not rapid IMO.

If we had gone with Schweinsteiger and Carrick I would have felt the same, but with Schneiderlin in the team, I'm not particularly worried about Yaya there. Silva would have been far worse.

I don't think he's that quick. Certainly not Sterling levels of quick.

I'm far from a fan of Valencia at RB but I don't mind it today, plus I think he does offer more than Darmian going forward when he plays with Mata.

Pellegrini looks like he has finally learnt his lesson, having gone with two out and out defensive midfielders, with Yaya just ahead of them, which, if im being honest, worries me a bit, as it might mean Herrera will be marked out the game. It also means Yaya can reserve his energy and possibly look to hit us on the counter.

Having said that, it means they have no one from deep to get on the ball and control the game like Yaya does. So im hoping we can stop the Fernando and Fernadinho, who haven't got great passing range, to get the ball to the front four.
