Every game I see our players make inexplicable decisions. Have they forgotten how to play football? Do they need the manager to keep screaming at them to control a ball, pass to your teammate or clear it when the ball is in our box? Like how is a premier league team this sloppy in attack, defense and midfield?

The coaches don't have the solution to this problem and the players aren't talented enough to figure it out for themselves. At this point a change for change's sake might be the best for the team, even if there is no outstanding choice available right now.

We can't string 3 passes together.
The moment we win back possession in our half, City press like crazy and win back possession easily.
This game from a City perspective looks like a training exercise.
We don't pose any threat to their goal or from anywhere on the pitch.
As easy as you like for City.

Exactly what it is. Attack v defense

Such lazy football. Fernandes for all his creativity can be such a liability giving the ball away and not closing players down in our final third and Shaw is starting to look like a one season wonder. He's been shocking for a long time now. Wan Bissaka on the other hand is a no season wonder. So bad. At one point Fernandes hit a long cross field pass to Shaw which Shaw couldn't possibly fail to lose. Some of Fernandes' passes are so ill thought.

    Feck off it is.

Shaw leaves it because he rightly thinks it's for DDG to claim it. If he doesn't get a shout yes, he should be booting it away

But that is the keepers ball all day long, he should be shouting at Shaw and claiming it. No doubt about it.

Someone called to leave it I think not knowing where Bernardo was, it‘s De Gea’s situation though. He should come and claim that ball easily in the first place, or he should be making the call to clear it or leave it because he can see the play and he should easily save the attempt as well.

Me and my wild expectations that a defender has the sense to boot the ball out of danger, without needing a manager to do a 48 slide PowerPoint presentation listing the pros and cons of doing so first.
That is not how football works. Everything is affected by the context around it. Why do you think that teams or even in other sports, a legit strategy is to put opponent under enough pressure until they make mistakes? Is it a mistake? Of course! But it should not distract from the embarrassment that is our performances and how little quality on the ball we have. If you are this passive, mistakes will follow.

Our players look like they are exhausted after 120min game. How can a player playing for United have such a respect?
No fitness, No midfield, No identity, No win...

I'm not going to defend the players they are performing shocking and the attitude stinks at times. However a lot of their attitude boils down to the tactics being put out there. Ole has gone in to self preservation mode. He thinks if he survives these last 3 fixtures without a hammering he will keep his job. He's cooked. The board need to pull the trigger during the international break,(They should have done so after the Liverpool game) or this will become extremely messy.

Pathetic. When will this misery end? When will they sack him? Who will they appoint? I just want to find the bloody way forward because sitting with 10 men in your half at Old Trafford to City without an ounce of attacking prowess is just…. Sickening

Can't remember the last home game in the PL that I enjoyed... probably Leeds

Bye Ole. You took this squad as far as possible, and was very commendable in terms of steadying a sinking ship, but this current team, squad NEEDS much better manager especially with the amount of talents available in attack. You could say the midfield is rather weak compared to others, but it doesn't excuse the performances.

You can be sure Shawberto Carlos will stay on in the 2nd half as well.
Manager has no authority to even sub/bench his main players. That's when players play like nothing matters cause they're not held accountable.

Solskjær has previously won over both Liverpool and City. Now he suddenly can not even make a tactic that makes us have just a small chance. What has gone wrong for him and United? We are really poor and we look worse than in many, many seasons. We finished second last season, but now we are far from being as good as Liverpool and City.
    His race has been ran.
    Game over.

If shaw does not get the early shower - this itself is enough reason for carrick n ole to go.

What Coaching by these lot? 5 man defence not working was evident from min 5. Yet they won’t react. Why they deserve to carry on?

Comentator on my TV just called Harry MacGyver. Well, he at least knows how to fix the shit.

I can't believe people are trying to absolve Shaw of blame for that second goal. Jesus. And no one is pointing out AWB's pathetic attempt to close down the cross.

Whoever you want to blame there, Shaw actually leaves that to go out for a goal kick, not for De Gea to collect.
That’s how it looked to me but who knows. Dreadful either way. As in control as City have been - both goals caused by laughable mistakes. You just can’t do that in this league and they seem to be doing it week in - week out.

Ole won’t be judged against the likes of Liverpool and City. More our direct rivals, like Spurs etc

Someone called to leave it I think not knowing where Bernardo was, it‘s De Gea’s situation though. He should come and claim that ball easily in the first place, or he should be making the call to clear it or leave it because he can see the play and he should easily save the attempt as well.
Was the shout from de gea not "away"?

We don't need any signings, just a new manager*

*Until a new manager comes in, the players are still making these ridiculous mistakes and it turns out we need to sign 4-5 starters.

The buck stops with the manager, though.

Given the sheer talent within the squad, do you genuinely believe a different, more competent manager couldn't improve the performance levels?

Sancho coming on. Luckily he is prepared for this. Ole is not throwing him to the wolves at all.
