Yeah this is the most annoying thing about it really, looked like the extended lay off would've done him a world of good but he looks literally no different.I was hoping he’d come back from the injury and surgery with a fresh lease of life but he still looks like the same player he was at the end of last season. Infuriating
But what’s the logic of linking it to his off field activities? Apologies if you weren’t, I couldn’t quite get the tone of your message. It's a touchy subject but at what point do we start to actually say, what's happening with him off the field is effecting on the field performances? Unfortunately it's used as a stick to beat him with when I know he's doing good things off the pitch, but he just looks completely disinterested and off it, has done for a long while now
It's not so much his off field activities, but crafting his off the field persona. Obviously his activism has been great and he's stood up for great causes, so you definitely cannot slander him for that I don't condone anyone who does. But it's certainly like living two professional lives if you see what I mean, doing what he's doing off the field, especially when he's so highly scrutinised, must be taking a mental toll on the lad and you'd have to argue that that aspect especially must be taking a toll on him to some degree. I dunno i'm just frustrated because we know he's a great player and person but on the pitch he's just so lacklustre now, and has been for a good whileBut what’s the logic of linking it to his off field activities? Apologies if you weren’t, I couldn’t quite get the tone of your message.
There is a logical fallacy called, pretentiously, ‘comma hoc ergo propter hoc’, literally ‘with this therefore caused by this’. I think that this applies here.
Rashford's laziness is partly down to him having a double digit footballing IQ. He just doesn't have a clue on what to do apart from being a kick and chase merchant. In this respect our other wide attackers in Sancho and Greenwood are miles ahead of him.How did he go from working like a machine from defence to front under Mourinho to now this?
Genuinely baffling, how lazy he has become. Constantly pointing at others to close the gap instead of doing it himself.
I think it's almost a certainty that Rangnick won't tolerate performances like that. He'll be out of the team in no time with both the lack of effort and the lack of technical quality he was showingHopefully Rangnick fires a rocket up his butt.
He needs it.
Broke his back. He’s never really quite been the same since. How did he go from working like a machine from defence to front under Mourinho to now this?

Correlation doesn’t mean causation? But what’s the logic of linking it to his off field activities? Apologies if you weren’t, I couldn’t quite get the tone of your message.

You know with Rashford for the last few months, every time he gets the ball I'm always praying he doesn't balls up the chance and most times he does.Got an assist but otherwise an awful performance. Makes poor choices again and again.
im cautious of this aswell. Supposedly finally free from injury, with a new manager to impress.I'm convinced he's fecked physically, like permanently.
Early onset Sturridge-itis.
I actually picked up on his sulkiness straight away.I usually never have time for the body language experts but Rashford's attitude today visibly stunk. It was almost as if he was being made to play against his will.
I think this too unfortunately. I think the club has done him no favoursI'm convinced he's fecked physically, like permanently.

So he can't put in the effort that Ronaldo does, Cavani, or run around like Bruno? Even Sancho is doing work off the ball that Marcus hasn't been doing for far too long.I think this too unfortunately. I think the club has done him no favours
Not making excuse for his attitude that comes off on the pitch though. Looks like he can't be arsed at times
