Playing at such a level at his age indicates huge potential. But I don't see how being in a top clubs reserves or u21 set up will develop him and I'm not sure he is ready to play at the top in england Spain Germany or Italy yet.
I guess that leaves staying where he is (unlikely they could match the other offers he will Get) go to a top club and hope they loan you out somewhere decent... Or cut out the risk by joining somewhere like psv or ajax where you will probably play a lot of games at a good level at clubs known for developing young players.
If I were him I'd certainly be hoping psv and /or ajax got in touch.
Though as a united fan I'd love him here and then loan him to psv (as part of a depay deal?) but in truth I'm not sure that's the best option for him?
