Yes that is a bad thing IMO. One of the things that really made SAF a legend loved by everyone was the fact that he spend a lot of time chatting with everyone at the club making them feel important. Everyone from the cleaning lady to the star player. So it makes me happy to see Mourinho is also spending time on all of those small details.
