Celtics just clogging the paint since the Bucks can't hit a 3 to save their life.He can't do much either. Runs into the wall every time in this 2nd half.

Nobody had them as contenders before season, and they basically looked like a play-in team midway through season. They have been absolutely fantastic since deadline.Boston have been so, so impressive this post season.
Yep. It's like something clicked for them around the turn of the year. It's really funny reading back what everyone was saying after game 1 of this series.Nobody had them as contenders before season, and they basically looked like a play-in team midway through season. Except GiannisThe Bucks look like they gave up 5 minutes ago. No heart left on defense at all, lackluster on offense.
They've stopped fighting for rebounds at either end. Boston have been doing what they want for a long while now.The Bucks look like they gave up 5 minutes ago. No heart left on defense at all, lackluster on offense.
Feck you for reminding me of that painful night. Is this the coldest stretch of 3 attempts since the Rockets vs Warriors?
Not quite peak D'Antoni Rockets levels but yeah, they were raining 3s but they shot 40% tonight - 22 of 55. Hard to stop a team that's shooting that well from 3.Celtics always go for 3’s it’s basically in their DNA..
Crazy thing is that they made 40% which is kind of slightly above what you would expect but they had so many open threes that it felt like they could have actually made 50-60%. NBA is changing so fast and people can make open threes in their sleep so this scheme that Bud has is too risky21 of 54 from 3. 54 attempts! That's 162 potential points and Cs generated 62 points from that potential. 39%.
And now 22 of 55. Wow.
They finally got a pass first point guard rather than superstar going for glory (Kyrie, then Kemba) or a mediocre player trying to score and get his stock up (Rozier, recently Schroder). Having Smart and White out there has basically transformed their team. White and Theis trades looked like fairly small deals at the time, definitely not ones that you would have expected to turn Celtics into the best team in basketball. It goes to show that sometimes you don’t really need that much. Just having someone to move the ball may change your fortunes.Yep. It's like something clicked for them around the turn of the year. Was hoping it would be more of a nail biting ending but the Bucks just didn't show up today, and those who did got out played.
Happy for Celtics though and do hope they can make it all the way. Or the Suns. For others...The Mavs.
1 down, 1 more to go @TheMagicFoolBus
Especially as on the other side you got a team shooting 4-33. Ridiculous to think if Bucks even went for rather mediocre 33% with 11 made threes, that game would have gone down to the wire. Not quite peak D'Antoni Rockets levels but yeah, they were raining 3s but they shot 40% tonight - 22 of 55. Biggest thing is the Celtics can now legitimately switch almost everything on defense - it makes it impossible for unsophisticated offenses to just hunt matchups unless you have an alien like Giannis. They finally got a pass first point guard rather than superstar going for glory (Kyrie, then Kemba) or a mediocre player trying to score and get his stock up (Rozier, recently Schroder). Terrible! Milwaukee Bricks was right there. This is like calling Westbrick “Russbrick”Milwaubrick just couldn't get it done without Middleton and any semblance of a supporting cast today. It happens, but this was their fate without Middleton. He's the running mate to Giannis.
Bizarre. Dallas should be out of sight. I wonder will they live to regret it.We're playing so badly in this game
