Fallen Muppet. Lest we never forget
Is there any french person called DorrisWonder what "preparing for" means - something like making sure the phones are on and Dorris the secretary has had her loo break.

Dont jinx itThis is a done dealio.
Welcome Poch!
I am praying for this to happen now. Whether Poch is 'the one' is arguable and only time will tell, he will without a doubt be an upgrade on what we've had. ALso, the benefit of there being a possibility of not having to completely write off this season is very appealing. Come on Poch, you know you want to.Tweet

Take it easy. PSG are not easy to deal with and they don’t like to lose face. This is a done dealio.
Welcome Poch!
I can picture a bunch of French football executives all giddy sat around a table staring at a phone.Tweet

He will be much more stable at United and almost certainly been guaranteed more money then at PSG. Not saying it's his primary motive, but it certainly helps with the decision.Agree with people saying of poch wants the job then he is the man. Amazing how short a time it took for people to forget what it was like having players and managers that didn't care about repping United but came for money.

Ah yes, 'Preparing' is back
At least they've skipped 'considering'Ah yes, 'Preparing' is back
Tuchel fell at the final hurdle with PSG in the CL.. I'll admit it alarmed me slightly in the Spurs Amazon doc when Jose went into the Spurs dressing room after Poch's sacking, saying they were a group of nice lads, but didn't have a winning mentality - a reflection of their former manager perhaps?Looking more and more likely it's going to be MoPo. And it's possibly even happening before the end of this season.
He'll get United competing all the way, but losing at the final hurdle. At least it'll be interesting.
I actually see the "hack" side @JPRouve. He said Zidane is more about the relationship with the dressing room than Poch might be. This insinuates Poch is out of touch in such a remit but I think Poch if anything is known to put a lot of effort into knowing his players and getting them on board.Tweet

... or just Jose being drawing a line under his appointment by saying 'I'm better'?Tuchel fell at the final hurdle with PSG in the CL.. Have Moyesies iPad on the charger. Should be good to go after the updates are downloaded!Wonder what "preparing for" means - something like making sure the phones are on and Dorris the secretary has had her loo break.
He's from Marseille but he never played for them, money and prestige talk thoughIs Zidane even interested in PSG? I thought he played for Marseille and they hate PSG or something?
Ten Hag your top choice? I do feel like Ten Hag is the one we will look back on and lament not going for at this point. Very worried about what he could do at City. This will be a damp squib. Back to square one, give it 3 years, 4 tops. He'll stick around longer than most because he'll probably get us in the top-4.
I hope your right but I can't see past them making a drawn out drama of itThey've wanted him for a long time. There's an obvious deal to be done with Zidane to PSG too. I think it moves pretty quickly, the board will be aware of the pressure to get something in place fairly quickly.
Jose sure changed thatTuchel fell at the final hurdle with PSG in the CL.. Yep - big mistake. That said, if he doesn't want to come, there's not much else out there.Ten Hag your top choice? I do feel like Ten Hag is the one we will look back on and lament not going for at this point. Very worried about what he could do at City.
True, they certainly played more like winners under poch in hindsight... or just Jose being drawing a line under his appointment by saying 'I'm better'?
I'm nigh on convinced that he is the one, but it would take a willingness to overthrow the structure - bring in VDS, Overmars if we were serious about being the best team in the world again.Yep - big mistake. That said, if he doesn't want to come, there's not much else out there.
I think so too. He'll play youth, play good football, achieve top 4 and won't feck around with the board. No wonder he's first choice for the feckers. This will be a damp squib. Back to square one, give it 3 years, 4 tops. He'll stick around longer than most because he'll probably get us in the top-4.
Yep - that's the truth sadly. Imagine if Joel wakes up and realises Woodward has been shambolic. Clears out the club from him down. Hires the entirety of Ajax's structure. We'd be winners in 5 years.I'm nigh on convinced that he is the one, but it would take a willingness to overthrow the structure - bring in VDS, Overmars if we were serious about being the best team in the world again.
It's just not an appointment that would happen under the Glazers.
Very frustrating to see another pass us by. I'm going to have to hope that he fails now but have the feeling he's best placed to challenge Pep, Klopp, Tuchel - could be truly elite.Yep - that's the truth sadly. Couldn't agree more.Yep - that's the truth sadly. Imagine if Joel wakes up and realises Woodward has been shambolic. Clears out the club from him down. Hires the entirety of Ajax's structure. We'd be winners in 5 years.
Yes for Ajax that is bad.A bad spot? finishing 2nd in the league?
I am not against Ten Hag taking over, the love for him is just a bit over the top. Are you trying to say you watch every Ajax game?
Which is odd considering that a few tweets from reliable French sources yesterday claimed that the PSG players really like Pochettino and get on with him.I actually see the "hack" side @JPRouve. He said Zidane is more about the relationship with the dressing room than Poch might be. This insinuates Poch is out of touch in such a remit but I think Poch if anything is known to put a lot of effort into knowing his players and getting them on board.

I'm not kidding, he almost literally repeated a conversation that Hermel and Acherchour had yesterday on RMC and they were speculating. It would quite something if it was a coincidence.I actually see the "hack" side @JPRouve. He said Zidane is more about the relationship with the dressing room than Poch might be.
