Is that the best Spurs could do? They should of just given Howe a go.

My favourite part about all of this is that the “well run club Director of Football Paratici” is the one who’s pushing hard for this.

Left field choice for sure. The guy Roma sacked to hire the manager Spurs had just sacked?

Spurs really have fallen if they hire this guy. Surely Nuno is a better option

I really don't see this appointment being anything other than a total disaster to be honest. I really like Spurs and enjoy seeing them do well. However this is incredibly underwhelming and uninspiring, if I was a Tottenham fan I'd be gutted with this appointment personally.

Can't believe Spurs are getting the knock off Peaky Blinder Roma guy. Is there a better example of why Spurs will always be Spursy.

Should have gone for Potter, surely he’s a better prospect than this guy

Somewhere Maritin Jol is sitting reading this news with a wry smile.

Seems like a terrible appointment from Spuds. Probably won't last the season.

It would be so funny if they get Foncesca as manager.

Kane is out of the door for certain then, no way he’s accepting the letdown from conte to the guy who lost his job to mourinho.

Well that's Kane leaving I guess. Not sure he would want to stick around with such manager.

I liked the cut of his jib

Obviously an awful 1st leg result against us, but I think he can be a success

Without a structured hierarchy above him, I really fear Paratici will bloat Spurs’ squad with a number of overpaid “market opportunities” a la Emre Can or Aaron Ramsey?

Paratici has signed some cracking players for peanuts. I know Spurs aren’t the same kind of draw and don’t pay crazy wages but he knows the market and seems to have an eye for a bargain/free transfer. I’m sure Levy wants to build a top 4 team as cheaply as possible but I wonder how long he’ll give him and how much money there will be given to reshape the club. The Managers linked all seem like poor choices who could easily be out of a job by Xmas if Kane leaves and things start off rocky. It’ll be an interesting watch anyway!

So they're replacing Mourinho.....with the guy that Roma fired for underperforming and replaced with Mourinho.

Levy playing 1D chess.

Paratici is the reason that Juventus have a mess of a squad and are in financial difficulties.

Apparently Julen Lopetegui (Sevilla) is in the frame now as next manager potentially.

Im already concerned..

Look at Lukaku  in the 90th minute and he's making a sprint like that?

Fair play to Conte he must be some coach, he's got the big man in shape we'd NEVER have seen at United.
