yeah i dont think so. we'll just need to take that out of the pool for next year
i think we can go year by year and then stick to the rule that if you trade a pick from any future season, you owe the dues for that season when the trade is made
One of my proposals will be 20 keepers as opposed to 17. 25 limit during season as it is now. Same five round draft. Get rid of defenses and keep kickers.

Keeps it nice and well rounded. Also gives folk a bit more flexibility when injuries hit, and they don't want to drop a long term stash. Since we don't have an IR, which I think is fine.

some thoughts i had throughout the season that i put in my notes app:
- raise the buyin to 100, which allows for things like paying the losers bracket winner a small amount to keep all teams interested or money for having the high score in weeks
- get rid of kickers and / or defenses
- name the divisions
- penalty for tanking?
- compensation picks for hitting certain critieria (2nd place in division gets an extra pick at the end of the third round, highest points not in the playoffs gets an extra pick at end of third, etc)
- rivalry week with winners getting 20 bucks or something
- a league history page, even if just in the op of this thread

Hang on. How come I'm at 6? I had a 4-9 record, whereas JJ12 and RedIceland had 6-7 records. Yes the power ranking has me higher, and the potential points also, but I thought they only counted in the case of having the same results?

I was under the impression potential points were used for all non-playoff teams? In order to stymie deliberate tanking.
