There's obviously several factors, it would be foolish to say that it's 100% about Haaland. But it's a factor to me. It's easier to defend in transition when one of your player (Haaland or anyone else) isn't directly eliminated because he's in the middle of the box. High pressure is one of Guardiola's trademark, nobody can claim that having a box player instead of a false 9 doesn't change the way they defend after loosing the ball.To skip all of that and look at Haaland is laziness.
