Can't believe no one has the rights for this in Norway. No Ligue Cup, FA cup or Championship.

I wouldn't. I imagine our record again league 2 teams is properly better than against champions league quality sides.

15/16: 0-0 vs Middlesbrough (lost 1-3 on penalties)
    14/15: 0-4 vs MKD
13/14: 3-3 vs Sunderland (lost 1-2 on penalties)
    11/12 1-2 vs Palace
    08/09 0-1 vs Deby (2nd leg)
    07/08 0-2 vs Coventry
    06/07 0-1 vs Southend

That's a lot of struggles against Championship clubs and below over the past 10 years. There's similar results in The FA Cup as well.

Hes sacked within 3 months of his reign.

The weird thing is that when Brian Clough signed for Leeds, Leeds were the big boys of the English league and Europe. They were the envy of everybody.
Clough was the most decorated young manager. He arrived at Leeds expecting to basically be unbeatable.
After multiple losses, he was sacked after 44 days.

While waiting for the match, watch this very good movie about what happened.

Gone with that, but a difficult one to predict. Not sure if we're going full strength, or a sort of blend. Gone for the latter with Leicester in mind on Saturday.

Basically telling the best team in England that they were thugs and that he should teach them how play football - was probably not the smartest thing to do :)

We know that Herrera, Mata, Memphis, Rojo and Sam Johnstone have travelled. Which makes you wonder if it will be Romero with Johnstone on the bench.

I made a bet on Northampton, usually we win if i bet against United. So come on, how despearate i am.
Same happened for me until Sunday, £30 didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

The result may have made you cry, but hey, at least Rooney's performance would have amused you. Maybe even got you to laugh.

Apart from Romero I'm surprised I got the back 4 and midfield correct

A poor performance tonight from Rooney against a league one side would surely be the final straw?

Hot dam. Surely there's no way Rooney makes it for Leicester now considering it's an early Saturday kick off. Right?!

    Please Memphis. Play good now

Interested to see how that midfield 3 and TFM do, the front 3 doesn't look very threatening.

If Rooney starting tonight means he doesn't start at the weekend then great.

Butnot too sure why we need both Carrick and Schneiderlin against Northampton

That's weird. Did TV2 used to have it? Here in Sweden we have Viasat who has PL, League Cup, FA Cup, Championship as well as CL.

The Sunderland semifinal loss in 2014 was absolutely incredible. I remember us time wasting and defending in the dying minutes of the second leg and it reminded me so much of Barcelona 2008. Except it was against Sunderland.

feck off Rooney , takes away the little excitement i had for this game:mad:

So we take the challenge of 10 vs 11 again. Hope we can win this time.
