The UN being involved doesn't make it inherently right. And in any case it was not a UN-led operation, it was specifically NATO led. We could have chosen not to get involved, as many people and politicians in Norway wanted. It was also a choice to join with the kind of zeal that made the US specifically single us out for praise for doing more than our share of bombing. That makes us complicit.

It still had full multi-lateral backing via a UN Resolution, which was proposed by France, Lebanon, and the UK, and later implemented through NATO to prevent a Qaddafi led slaughter of the opposition in Benghazi. So the only thing Norway may be complicit in is preventing Qaddafi from following through with his desire to inflict mass carnage on his own population.

It also lead to two (so far) civil wars, which have caused the deaths of thousands. Would it have been worse if Gaddafi wasn't overthrown? Maybe, maybe not.

It has got nothing to do with the UN. It only authorized to have a no fly zone but there was western military forces on the ground.

The no fly zone was one of several provisions in the UNSCR. Another provision dealt specifically with "...member states taking necessary measures to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under threat of attack in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, including Benghazi"...
This language clearly justifies the the campaign. And even if it didn't exist, NATO could've taken action by itself to stop Qaddafi from reaching Benghazi.
