Just because there were no expectations for top 4 doesn't mean Ole should get a free pass. At the bare minimum, he needed to keep this team in the top 8, he's failing to do that. Even with injuries, you should beat likes of AZ, Newcastle. We can keep on saying it can't get worse but it can. This team is teetering towards a relegation battle. That's is unacceptable, it's time for Ole to go.
A new coach, Poch, probably won't get us to top 4. But at least a better coach can keep us in the top 6 and give us a respectable chance of the Europa League. Ole isn't the biggest problem at UTD, but he's most immediate. We need to act to save this season. Long-term, structural changes are necessary.
