Yes I slated you because you were hesitant to actually have an opinion. You were basically saying "OLE IN BABY!! He can do it if he has someone else do his job for him".
You never replied to my post saying Ole doesn't know good coaches. He's a failure of a manager. No one is coming to bail him out of this situation. He doesn't have connections to the elite coaches across Europe because he isn't one of them. His vision not being implemented is HIS RESPONSIBILITY not anyone else's. He should take charge of training if the coaches can't do it. But he can't because he's clueless and honestly you tagging me because someone else has the same delusion as you is annoying.
Also he's a failure in man management too. half the squad has undermined him and said they don't want him here. His situation is untenable and people like you praying to some deity hoping he someone finds someone to do his job for him is pathetic.
I was not saying Ole In Baby, he can do it if someone else has do the job for him. Ole should leave, as it's clear that there is a very real problem at the club and the players can't do or don't understand what they've been asked to do by the coaches. Yes it his responsibility to tell the coaches in a clearer manner what he wants. BUT....as I was saying, right now, the club
clearly do not want to sack him, so if we aren't going to sack him, replace his coaches, who
can implement what he wants, which is what Souness actually suggested at the weekend.
"If the board had made their mind up, keep with Ole and that's the game plan for this year, maybe beyond, the manager needs different people around him to point out, what he himself is not seeing, because, cos that's as plain as the nose at the end of your face" 5mins +
So I'm sorry if I don't share your same opinion on the matter, but delusion is stretch, I was simply giving an opinion on what the club can do if they decide to stick by their man, which again, it seems as though they are doing.
