Indeed. People seem to forget about actually coaching what you already have. This will fall on deaf ears no doubt because everyone has convinced themselves the likes of Rashford are no good and never will but come on the potential is there in him and others (Martial, Greenwood, Gomes, Pogba)
Funnily enough, it's a common theme in all sports where for some reason fans convince themselves that transfers/free agency are the magical solution when it is statistically demonstrated that these two things have a high failure rate, the only reliable source of consistent success is player's development, wherever the players come from, and as long as we can't do that we will fail.
So for Ole and the club the situation is simple, improve the under 24 players and make better use of the rest. That's how they will become successful and maybe attract great players who will want to join the club.
Now, I don't think that everything is rosy, I'm worried about the lack of depth in midfield, we are a long term injury and a suspension away from having no bench.
