Not going to happen. If FIFA moved the cup, Qatar would counterattack with lawsuits in Swiss courts. Imagine all the dirt they have on FIFA.

They'd have to pay us at this point and pay back the Qatar money, and if that money was enough to get arrested over they sure as hell aren't paying it back.

There is no way that world cup is leaving Qatar. They have the financial firepower to take it to the highest courts and to keep the whole process wrapped up in red tape for as long as it takes.
