Typical performance of this season : we battered the opposition, created countless chances but our finishing is not as good as the actual performance.

Should have been 4-0. As it is, 2 should be enough, if we score in 2nd leg, we basically guaranteed of another final!

Jose did very well on team selection and rotation. Valencia Herrera, Pogba and Mhkitariyan were busy, though mhki finishing was wasteful.
Rashford and Rooney were in effective but that's OK.

Going into crucial game with Liverpool in very good shape!!!

Job well on its way to being done. Should have been out of sight after 20 minutes then got sucked in to a bit of an arm wrestle for the rest of the half. Poor second half from us but we bagged two goals.

All in all good to get through the game with a good win and minimum injuries/fatigue.

First impessions Herrera motm. Rashford still not good enough to lead the line on his own. In fact no one seemed to be on top form tonight. Think we needed a 2-0 at least. Hull were set up defensively and we did well to break them down. Should be easier away as i expect them to attack us with a 2-0 deficit and that should play right into our hands.
