This is bad but sacking ETH not gonna fix this. However given how stupid we're we'll sack him soon. Then appoint a caretaker who will go back to sit deep and counter. Results will improve and he'd get the permanent job. Sound familiar?

Better just hire Ole back he's still unemployed I think.

Woeful again. It’s probably time for a manager change, looks like he’s lost them, but I don’t see it happening due to the negotiations with Ratcliffe ongoing.

Obviously the ownership situation breeds uncertainty and apathy throughout the club.
Glazers are a curse on this once great club.

Bruno, Rashford etc aren’t consistent enough either for the team to really improve with them involved but we will have to stick it out until next summer at least.

The whole thing is rotten.
Ten Hag deserves huge criticism for signing Mount and Antony but Murtough, Arnold and whoever makes recruitment decisions like that need to be blasted out of a canon too.

Well they don't like him then, something is rotten. If game after game a managers message isn't getting across something is rotten. We can't sack all the players. This is completely broken. We can't carry on. We aren't even close to rock bottom yet, this will get much worse. We need to act now.
It does feel like this only ends one way

Most could see a defeat on the cards tonight and yet that was still even more humiliating than feared. Total death spiral.

Manchester United, a club dying on its arse.

I think it’s clear to everyone you’re talking out of your rear orifice as per usual.
Okay let's get a new manager and start the whole process all over again. Gone well since 2013 hasn't it?

Not the brightest are you?

Every single fan voting to keep this useless excuse of a manager deserve this and every subsequent loss we endure under his god forsaken abysmal tenure.
Ah yes, because us “Keep” voters on a football forum is exactly why Ten Hagg has remained in the job. Arnold reviews this forum to decide whether we sack him or not.

Great take.

Hard to take at the moment. Bit of a freak scoreline but we were bad again.

Not sure where we go from here.

You condone this management and are happy for it to continue by voting keep.

The body language when that 3rd goal went in said it all. These players feel pathetic themselves, they don't know what they are doing and just turning up for a paycheck. Manager is useless, he's all talk. We can talk about last season but we hardly had a style. Other teams around us were failing. He then spent a tonne of money on his signings and we play worse. You can blame glazers and whatever all you want, fact is, the core of these players are poisonous to the club. They are the ones who refused to play for RR. He was right from the start, the club needs open heart surgery and the fans need it too now. There is zero hope. We should be throwing our shirts at this useless bunch of bastads. This club is not getting a single penny more from me.

Didn’t watch it. Barely watched the derby. Much happier for it! Let the club rot along with the leeches I say. I will be back when they’re gone.

Terrible, awful, dreadful.
ETH should do a Coach Taylor’s You Think You Are Champions? exercise with this team. These players are clueless and ETH looks like he’s had enough.

Behind the right goal post as "Whiteside shoots!"
Onana - proactive, not much chance for the 2nd/3rd, could've make himself bigger for 1st
Dalot - cost us the game, literally
Maguire - pinball heading machine with no one around him for no reason
Lindelof -
Reguilon - one of the few that actually looks like he cares. On loan
Casemiro - past it
Hannibal - could've been sent off within 10 minutes
Mount - anonymous
Garnacho - very disappointing
Martial -
Antony- :lol::lol:
Pretty much this.

They don’t care about ETH and I gave up pretending they care about the fans a long time ago.

Players have seen managers come and go and think they’re immune, so happy to keep taking the huge salary and probably have a sweep on ETHs sack date.

I hope we sell Sancho and Martial in January, don’t care what price is. Just a message for players “you could be sold and you won’t get the same wages elsewhere”.

ETH may not be the right man, I’m torn after last season but sacking him knocks us further back… and who replaces him? Why would someone like de Zerbi want this job?

Going to get worse before it gets better.

Luton will win at OT. Media frenzy about how it’s our worst ever PL result. End of Ten Hag. 8th. New manager in who scrapes top 4 next year. Rinse repeat.

Utter sh.te that was tonight, there was nothing, all night.
never in my life of following United since 1972 have I ever felt more disappointed with my team.
when we have been losing before I have always felt we can come back and that was before Fergie time existed. But now as soon as we go behind is game over.
The players have zero confidence and zero heart and it sickens me.
can’t say anyone deserved more than 1/10 tonight.
sick to my stomach with this lot tonight.

I don't understand this "sacking won't fix it" take. So what, we carry on with this and just freefall? At what point do we accept its over and make the change? We are not going to get rid of the owners overnight, so we just stick with Ten Hag no matter how badly he is performing? No. I would much rather these owners and a semi competent manager that can at least get the players on side, than this. Its completely unsustainable. Keeping Ten Hag with these owners is like being in a house fire and using a flamethrower to put the fire out. Even if all we can get in his place is a water pistol, its better than this. Big Sam.

It is pretty safe to say that this season is over. I urge everyone not to feel emotion when United plays. It has come to a time that every game that we play, I have zero confidence that we will win. I predict that Fulham will beat us but will not be surprised if we lose 2 or 3-0. I am in Asia, I shall not lose my sleep for United. Maybe Fergie can be the caretaker manager for 2 months and motivate the team to be at least decent.

People saying we can't change the manager are deluded. He's a dead man walking. This is the worst we've been post Fergie. Shambolic from front to back. 18 months on and still no semblance of a style of play.
You can blame the owners and board but weve been really poor all season and the last 2 performances have been a disgrace (and he's pretty much used all of his available squad across both games and every player has been terrible).

It's not for eternity. Just back the manager and give him the season and see how it'd go for once.

We've been crap for 10 years I won't mind another one to see what if we back a manager through some bad period.

See how it'd go? Mate. If we stick with this we might end up in the Championship, and I am not kidding.

Ten Bob has that Rabbit In the Headlights look that Ole had at the End!
Newspapers, radio stations all saying that he has to go
it’s just a matter of time before he does just depends if he walks or is pushed

When you have the Radio 5 live commentator saying the attitude of the whole team stinks and calling them a shower then it says it all.

Get Roy Keane in as caretaker. Not because I think it would be a good idea, but at this point the only satisfaction I could gain from this season is seeing him rip these players a new one. Just make it his goal to avoid relegation and hopefully the ownership fiasco is settled and dusted so we can get a new manager in for pre-season.

Pick a Motm out of that pile of cack.
A shambolic defence.
A midfield with zero control
A tumescent attack who look disinterested and out of ideas.
That's would suggest they were somewhat potent.

Not even viagra could get the blood flowing through this lot.

Not much EtH can do if players just don't care to track their runners like Dalot for opening goal.

Thing is, I’m not even angry or upset now. It’s come to the stage that it’s just standard stuff to expect from this lot. Beyond repair.

He’s not good enough right ? ETH, I think most are in agreement now, but these shower are throwing the 5th manager in succession under the bus, it’s absolutely shameful
5 managers in 10 years with this kind of seasons ? Madrid would have sacked at least 20 managers by now.

For what its worth I totally agree, unfortunately the club wont, and most fans probably wont, but we need to break this cycle at some point regardless of how painful it is in the short term. I'm not even ETH's biggest fan, but players downing tools at this club needs to end.
