Martial and Lingard were very poor, but I can forgive them because they're both coming back from injury

But Pogba had no such excuse. He's been a bit shit for a while now. That's concerning to say the least.

Well they didn't pick up any new injuries, and the returning players didn't seem to have any setbacks. other then that nothing positive, poor all around. they need to be motivated in 2 weeks to crush Watford and get ready for another battle with Wolves. Sucks to be out of the FA Cup, but its one less competition to worry about.

I don't know what happened today but the players should be absolutely ashamed. The kind of mistakes we were making were schoolboy and we looked absolutely terrible in the final third. Couldn't put 2 forward passes together. Pogba, shaw, martial, rashford, linderlof, lingard, herrera all absolutely awful

Martial, pogba, lingard, rashford. All awful.

Shaw poor, midfield non-existant, Romero poor for their second. Ole better have his fecking hairdryer with him because that was fecking unacceptable to a man.

Awful.

The issues that have persisted the last 5/6 years are still glaringly obvioys for all to see. We simply donot move the ball quickky enough in the final third and have too many players with poor technical ability to play one touch football.

The season could rapidly fizzle out and the body language of the players is nit good. Simply hoping for things to click without making it happen is a sign of desperation.

The international break is needed. We have been sliding performance wise for a few weeks now and a result like that was coming. Hopefully regroup and have a good pop at top 4.

Matic and Herrera should never have come straight back into the team. We should have stuck with Pereira and McTominay.

Awful performance, we just weren’t up for it. Honestly I think we look knackered. There was absolutely no energy today.

Very poor. Going through the motions. Silly corners mostly. Didn't show the desire so next game's a big one. After losing to Arsenal, the attitude should have been much better.

Other than Romero and the centre-backs, I'd honestly give everyone else a 5 at best.

Pogba, Rashford, Shaw and Martial particularly disappointing.

Poor attitude was the most obvious thing tonight.

That was horrid.

So slow.
Continuously getting in each other's way, mis placing passes all night long.

Just overall lacked some intensity. A really strong team on a normal night, but incredibly weak tonight. That was annoying.

A poor performance, Hopefully Ole learns from this and gets somebody to track Doherty in the league game, or we will get embarrassed again

Easiest win Wolves will get all season but it was fully deserved. Our attack was completely toothless and there was only so long our defence could keep them out.

Need a right winger. A better attacking midfielder in place of Herrera for such games.

Poor game from Ole. His game management skills are very poor. He waits too long to make changes and we could see the goal coming since 50th minute.

Absolutely disgraceful performance from the entire team and the management, no one deserves to get paid after such a shit show.

Don't expect to win every game all the time of course but these last two performances have been nothing short disastrous, and has left me wondering whether Ole is really the right man for the job.

Comfortably the worst performance under Ole with the forward players completely missing.
Plenty on the pitch who simply aren't good enough or willing to put in a shift and Pogba is reverting to type once again...dreadful isn't strong enough.

That was wank. Probably one of the worst of the season.

Everything we’ve done to improve was thrown out of the window and we reverted back to our early season form.

Pogba dribbling needlessly, Rashford giving the ball away every time, Lingard invisible and Martial couldn’t beat a player to save his life.

Shocking stuff from the lot of them.

Just get top 4, and try not to have Barca open our cheeks too wide. That’s all that’s left to play for now.

Naive at best. For me Rashford was so poor as was Pogba, we looked tired and out of ideas and energy. Not sure what to think of the last couple of games.

Rubbish.

We are 3/4 quality players short from being able to seriously compete on all fronts.

Pile of shite going forward. Martial has to be one of the most frustrating players when hes not on form.

Pogba needs to pull his finger out his arse for fixtures like this.

Ole has had an easy run of games. Remember how Cardiff performed under him. Let’s get Poch in.

Not a single positive to take from this game. Every single aspect of our game was catastrophic. Both Ole and the players are to blame here. If they want a future at this club, performances like tonight simply can't happen.

Being dumped out of the FA Cup - the only trophy available to us to realistically win - is major.
As far as I'm concerned this season is simply a transition. I'm more interested in getting us playing well and addressing the weaknesses than any trophy.

Front 4 (3 + Pogba) just didn’t click really. That was the main story from our POV.

So poor. Something was wrong with the shape, we made no chances before the 90th minute. Missed Lukaku's presence.

So disappointed. I hope Wolves go on to win it though. Deserved win for them.

Pogba was dreadful. Too long on the ball when it was clear they were crowding him.

That was so so so bad.

Players that are returning have completely failed to continue their good form.

Poor performance overall starting from Romero.

Pogba is having those moments where he is just dropped his eye of the ball. Suddenly everyone is looking like they have no ideas.

Ole needs to look at that and speak to the team. We can't only play when Pogba is switched on. Other players need to come into the game.

We kept trying the same trick down the left all night and kept getting stopped. Need to have more ideas!

Lots of work to do over the international break if we want to get into the top 4 and progress in the Champions League

Should have had a pen first half. Knew we would get fecked over after the city game earlier.

Didn’t offer anything and seemed to come with the wrong game plan.

Everyone handing city the quad
Bollocks was that a pen!

The City game had no impact on us today. We were flat from the start, it was frankly boring.

Injuries, lack of squad depth and Ole's inabilty to come with the right tactics have cost us

Slow and insipid performance. Deserved defeat. Wolves are a very good side so no shame in losing the match but should be playing better than that.

Really hope it’s not a slide now.

Loss is on everyone tonight.

Ole and the coaching staff were naive in having a majority of our injured players coming back in an important game. Especially against a side that is one of the healthier and cohesive units in the Premier League.

Also having absolutely no match winners on the bench was a big mistake in a Cup Tie. Rather daft.

As for the players, Pogba, Rashford, Martial, Herrera, Lingard and even Matic were pretty terrible. Very pedestrian and some horrid touches.

Abysmal performance all around to be honest. Deserved the exit.

Side note: Wolves are one of those sides where every touch or 50/50 balls fall their way aren’t they? fecking hell is it annoying.

Never got going. Too many players half asleep and looked like they dont care. I dont think it's they didnt care but something wasnt right. Maybe too many players coming back from injury. It's a shame cause it was a chance for an only trophy. Most important thing right now is we stop this little crisis if its a crisis at all.

One of those games where Martial looks every inch an Arsenal player!
Felt sorry for the defence as they had no support from midfield and no runners upfront.

We should have gone with younger players rather than Matic and a rusty Herrera
